It was super crowded, inside the store and the drive through. The staff worked very quickly and kept the crowd in order. The final results were great. All were happy.Vegetarian options: Lots of ways to make vegetarian dishes here.

This place needs better management. Lady at checkout is rude. I’m already having to go from the hospital, back and forth & trying to get something to eat is already a struggle enough. Upon entering I’m greeted with an unpleasant unfriendly lady. Like, I worked in the food industry. At least have some humanity to understand things might go wrong and it’s okay to ask for a break. Unprofessional worker, don’t know her name but “check her out management”. I didn’t even start anything with her & I understand food orders are meant to be completed in a timely manner. I can wait, I’m in no rush. Maybe you had a bad day, but understand you can ruin other people day lady. Don’t be a prick just cause someone else was. Love the other workers tho <3“Family battling cancer rn” we’re kicking its butt.

My second time at this location and it will be two strikes and out! They need more help at the counter; the wait time is too long and they finished my order and left it sitting there while they completed another four orders allowing me to pay and leave. I could live with that if the food was good. It wasn't. I got the chicken el pastor which is being advertised on TV. My burrito bowl had very little of the chicken and every single piece had shriveled up skin on it or fat. The pinto beans on the line were dried up and crusty looking. Overall, yuck!

Ordered ahead and then proceeded to watch multiple people get their food prepared in line for 10 minutes and when asked if I could just have the dish made in the line was told “ they are working on it in back”. Don’t bother ordering ahead at this location I guess.Staff had a bad attitude.

My 1st experience at Chipotle. Food was fantastic. Staff was nice and helpful since I did not know what I should get. They got hit with a rush right before I got there so the lobby was a little messy and the bathrooms needed some love. Besides that great experience. Glad you guys are busy that means business is good. Maybe have a person just cleaning up lobby for the rush time would help.

This place is absolutely disgusting. Trash was everywhere. We watched the manager pile forks without gloves or washing his hands into a dirty and garbage filled area. The employees are very slow and very rude. The dirty dishes were all around the food. Do not go here.
I don't think you want to eat here, ever. This establishment is a dumpster fire in a sea of mediocrity and repeat business. It probably has something to do with the franchise owner and the corporate management of Chipotle Grill. I can't imagine that Chipotle is swimming in cash in the face of current economic chaos. That said, this is a restaurant that has steadily worsened over the past few years. The staff are horrible, the workplace culture here sucks (I know this from a friend who used to suffer through shifts here with the potheads the franchise manager has hired.)It's quite sad to think this establishment is even open, despite the negative experiences of hundreds, the horrible atmosphere created and the lousy idiot adult children hired to staff this place.

Store is dirty, employees can barely function to do assigned tasks and the manger doesn’t care about customer service. Garbage cans over flowing, dirty floors, nasty bathrooms and just down right rude employees. This place needs to be shut down. Bad management and subpar food.
