Stopped in for supper as there was a fundraiser for Camp Companion this evening. Shortly after 4pm they were out of most all food, had no forks and tried to pass my husband's bowl off with not even 1/2 the amount of meat that should be on there. The bags of chips we purchased were stale and many were soggy. Not sure how many days they were sitting there but should not have been sold to us. Needless to say, I hope Camp Companion gets their $ for our meal but we will not be getting Chipotle at the north location ever again.

i wanted steak on my burrito bowl but “they didn’t have any” and then 2 seconds later they brought steak out. there was no forks. we ordered a kids cheese quesadilla and it came out with no cheese. Plus most of the food was cold. this was our first and last time going to this chipotle.

We ordered online for pick up. Our order had been taken by someone else. The remade order was not correct and for the second time at this location there was no vinaigrette for the salad. I was craving that. Disappointed to the point I won’t go to this location again

Absolutely rude and disrespectful staff!! Simply tried to order my food and the response was “I heard you, rudely!” They really must hate working to be so miserable and aggressive towards customers just trying to order food. He slopped the food and it was uneditable.

They completely messed up the order. You can't talk to a manager. You have to talk to a machine. The machine gave me two free drinks to offset the $45 worth of food made incorrectly.
Ordered two chicken burritos, no chicken. Paid for extra cheese, no cheese. Didn’t have fajita veggies available. Just a cold rice and bean burrito. Extremely disappointing.

Worst Chipotle, never open or online only 90% of the time. RUDEST STAFF. Had one trash talk me to other staff while i was INSIDE, for walking in side door as they had front doors locked although they had been open for 5 minutes. If I could give ZERO STARS I WOULD. Very unprofessional and always disrespectful at this location. Priorities online orders before bothering to help the actual customers in line.
