Always enjoy coffee at River Center Plaza. The staff makes you feel like you are at home. Staff is very friendly and coffee is always good.
A very nice place for coffee, very typical to the rest of the chain. There was probably six people waiting to get drinks and took about 25 minutes to get our drinks. A little slow for the afternoon. It's in a very good location and the service seemed friendly though.

Among all the Caribou in town - this one is the worst.Struggle is real with staff - screw ups with orders all the time.Staff is acting like be happy that you even got your order.Service does not have to be with a snarl!

Service was awful. Waiting 15 minutes for a bagel, there was 8 people working and it wasn’t even busy got asked 4 times what I was waiting for and got ignored. Kudos to the girl that took my order and made my bagel. Seemed like she was doing everything
