Enjoy the delicious lunch with a beautiful view. I had chicken stirfry, lots of fresh vegetables and tender chicken. My husband had the ribeye cooked medium as requested with delicious hollandaise sauce , served asparagus and fries.  Our waitress was delightful.

Crave is the place to enjoy great food, attentive presentation, and a menu of unending delight. Our party of six for Sunday brunch greatly appreciated all the choices on offer; more than enough for everyone.

Crave was again, AWESOME! Our son joined us for lunch at an our basketball tournament, and we of course got the firecracker shrimp appetizer! He of course requested an additional firecracker shrimp app because it was so delicious, but we hadn't even had our lunch yet, so we had to deny his request. It is our favorite appetizer, and our lunch was also fabulous!!! Thank You!

It's a little pricey so it's not a every night or even once a week type of place but for holidays events and celebrations it a very classy place to enjoy so well prepared food is a charming atmosphere and with top notch staff and service!

We had the nicest server the day we visited. She was very pleasant and attended to our needs very quickly. The food was good but disappointed the pasta did not come with any bread but my pasta filled me up. I had the lobster mac & cheese and they did not skimp on the lobster. A nice surprise. I was surprised by the natural lighting. A very pleasant atmosphere. I will definitely go back.
This is my second time coming to Rochester to visit Mayo. It is truly a blessing to have such a wonderful place to dine when you are stressed out about your loved one's upcoming medical appts. The food is second to none. Staff is the best. We stayed at Hotel Indigo both times & so nice to eat right in the hotel - not going out into the cold! :)

Our server was delightful. I wish I could remember her name. She was knowledgeable about the food, and when we needed to be moved because we were cold next to the window, she moved us promptly. The other reason we wanted to be moved, but didn't tell her, was because we'd been seated next to a toddler in a high chair. We understand that people have kids, but given the price points, we don't appreciate being seated between a 6-top with kids and a toddler in the booth behind us. Other than that brief snafu, which the hostess made, we had a lovely evening. Our server honored a request to celebrate my upcoming Jan 19th birthday while we dined last night because we were visiting from out of town. We always dine at CRAVE when we are in town for our Mayo visits.

The restaurant itself was fine. The service was terrible. The server never took part of our party's drink order- I had to flag her down to do so. It took forever to order. When we got our meals- the food was very good but we didn't see our server again until we were almost done. She brought out the birthday dessert with no utensils to eat it with. I had to flag down another server to get them for us. We asked for the check and it took a long while to get them- and when she brought them- she hovered over us waiting for payment. It was the most we saw her all evening. The gratuity was already added - otherwise, we would never have given the 20% and are pretty upset that we never saw a manager and were forced to tip so much for such terrible service. We will not be back.

Table was without rolled silverware for around 20 minutes. Surprised server never noticed there was no rolled silverware. Food took more than 30 min even though it was just chicken and mashed potatoes and stir fry, btw, it was not busy in early afternoon.
The service was the slowest I can remember anywhere. Admittedly Christmas Eve and finding staff is very tough. But I bet the food suffered ‘cuz it was not as good as prior visits.
All of the windows are nice, however, it is cold and loud. The service was great. The food is so overpriced. I ordered the lemon garlic chicken and it had zero flavor. My husband had a burger and believed the patty was frozen. Way too much money for very mediocre food.
The food was phenomenal and the service was also just as good. The only point noted is the other customers were rude and uninviting, but I understand that is something Crave can not control. Everything else was smashing!

We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner at Crave last night. We were a party of 8, gathered at Crave for a birthday celebration. Our server was excellent, and all of us enjoyed our meals. The restaurant is beautifully decorated for the holidays. We would highly recommend Crave for ambience, service, and quality of food. Thank you!

Great experience overall. The big disappointment came with the check and the surprise 4.95% Surcharge. Why would a company work so hard to provide a good experience but then disappoint their guests with a sham charge at the end? Crave, raise your prices by 5% and skip the bogus add-on fees at the end of the experience.

Overall nice restaurant with great ambience and service, Food was good, it great. Had the Poke appetizer, wild rice chicken soup (both very good) and Salmon on linguine. Fish was well prepared but pasta overcooked and bunched together. Would return to see if other dishes are better.
