I ordered a pizza and some bread bites with a Coke. I honestly only ordered food because I wanted a Coke and food usually makes it taste better. The delivery driver put the food boxes on a random car in front of my apartment and sat in the car while I went to retrieve the items off of someone's car. The Coke was diet so I asked him to get a regular one. HE WASN'T GOING TO RETURN TO ME WITH THE COKE UNTIL I CALLED THE STORE. He must've also shook the Coke before handing it to me. This whole time he hasn't left the car once. I'm not sure I've seen such disrespectful behavior from any human before.

I received an email saying my order was delivered, but nobody showed up. I tried to call and I was on hold for ten minutes before receiving another email saying the order was cancelled?? I just hung up and decided to starve instead. Thanks Domino's!

This store needs an entirely new night crew, this guy wouldn't even get out of his car to ring my doorbell. So he drove it back gave us attitude and still forgot our sauces. I would give less than one star if I could.

Had one pizza delivered today. No notification that the pizza was delivered, no door bell. They just left it outside, and by the time I realized, it was ice cold. Try a little harder guys. Come on.

Ordered online. Waited 2 hours for delivery. When it showed up they had forgotten 2 of the 3 pizzas. They remade them and I went to pick them up my self as i was not going to wait another hour+. When I was handed them, I was told I would receive the refund I ask for and never got it. All they had to do was call me and let me know about the time issue and I would have picked it up myself with no issue. Instead they chose to give poor service and lie to my face. I wish I could give it 0 stars. Do not go here.

It's a Saturday night. We have a grandson and his daughter visiting. So...Domino's. A $50 order. Decent tip and let's have it delivered.Pretty quick! But....one of the pizzas is wrong.Drive over to the shop. 20 minutes later...walk out with the right pizza. No apologies. No coupons. No comp on the order.So, a one star experience.

Horrible experience. Ordered pizza for a group @ 6:19….tracker showed it was delivered at 7:30…called the store, they said it would be 20 more minutes…still not delivered. Called at 8 and they were going to have to remake our order, could maybe be delivered around 8:45.Not the end of the world - mistakes happen - but, when you call the store to talk to a manager to figure out what happened & you get yelled at, is completely unacceptable. The manager didn’t care our order was forgotten or lost or whatever the situation was - and only apologized for the situation after I told Ashton that customer service doesn’t include yelling at loyal customers. Disappointing & I can no longer support this type of service.

Ordered carryout with an estimated pickup time of 15 minutes. At 30 minutes, the order was marked as complete on the tracker. However, when inquiring in the store, we were told it was not ready and they'd bring it out when it was ready. After 45 minutes, we went back to the store to inquire and were told it was not ready and needed to be refired. With no confidence that we'd get a completed, correct order, we canceled.
