Not one employee behind the counter or in dining area we’re wearing a mask! In the middle of Covid & Omicron. Not adhering to Covid protocol at all. I’ve contacted CDC to report them.

When I moved to Rochester, what I found neat was ordering spaghetti and meatballs at a drive-thru. To this day, I still find it cool and wish that we had something similar in Canada. This Fazoli's is still alive and kicking. It was my place to get my pasta craving at a decent price when I lived in Rochester. It especially came in handy when I worked overtime five minutes away from this location (I worked twelve days straight on time, with each day running between 11 to 13 hours to make a deliverable that the previous co-op student didn't meet) and was too tired to cook. There is a McDonald's next door. Between the two, I ended up at Fazoli's roughly 90% of the time. Pasta rules! I was recently back in the city and decided to stop here for lunch. My original intent was to dine here. I had only done that once. I normally did takeout and ate at home. Well, this streak continues. There was a sign on the front door saying that this place was short-staffed and only the drive-thru was open. It did feel like old times going through the drive-thru, except that the menu has more items. You can now get wings, which was never a thing when I was a regular. I ordered the following items: - Spaghetti with meatballs, which comes with breadsticks - Medium Diet Coke I got to the pickup window and had a nice woman helping me with my order. I paid using a credit card and it went smoothly. I got my food fairly fast, thanked her, and ended up cycling back to the parking lot to park and eat lunch. It was my first time getting a fountain drink here. The medium was massive. A small would have worked out perfectly. My Diet Coke was great and helped make sure that I was hydrated as I continued into northern Iowa afterwards. I had my spaghetti and meatballs. It took me down memory lane having this meal in my apartment. The recipe hasn't changed. The spaghetti is more spaghettini. I'm not fussy. Give me perfectly al dente pasta and I'm happy. The sauce was bright and fresh. I loved the meatballs that simply require cutting them with your fork. Yum! The breadsticks haven't changed, either. They are long and thin, lightly buttered and salted, and pair so well with the spaghetti and meatballs. So comforting! I hope that I can dine in when I'm back in town down the road. I am pleased that this Fazoli's is still around. The Twin Cities doesn't have one, but drive an hour south and you can here. (450)

Fazoli's is a favorite of mine and whenever I am in the area I always stop by for some quality food. They are always fast and courteous.I went to the drive through at 8pm one night, which is their exact closing time. I figured I'd drive up and they would be closed but one of the employees said they would let me order even though it was past closing! Their team is awesome!

The food here is always fresh when I order. I will definitely be coming back for more. Thank you as always. Very friendly staff and the people at the drive-thru window are very polite. Please pass on my thanks to them

I used to love this restaurant. Figured since I was in Rochester I would have dinner here. Went through the drive thru to order this time & I'm very disappointed this time. The chicken in the pasta was over cooked so it was tough & hard & the wings were coldI will try it again dine in before I can make a final decision as with my dine in experiences the food has been excellent

If you've never eaten here. It is a MUST try! This is my first time dining here. And, WOW! I got the Chicken Carbonara as a meal. Ordering as a meal you get a choice between pizza or a salad. I chose a salad. You get UNLIMITED bread stick if you dine in! The Creamy Basil dipping sauce is DELISH! The bread stick are better than Olive Gardens breadsticks. Hands down.

I think this place is great and quite under rated! It has some amazing pasta and their staff is friendly and nice. Also be sure to try their new fried mozzarella skewers it's too good!

Fazoli’s restaurant# 5933 in Rochester is an amazing place. Had great pasta and delicious breadsticks. Had great service with Richard who really cared about the work he did. Would highly recommend.

Good food, decent prices. Bread sticks are the best

Basil pesto not on menu, fettuccini Alfredo clumpy with nuggets. Drove through the drive through twice to ask about the basil stuff, still left without it. Noodles definitely were old and overdone.

If there’s anything I love, it’s great consistent service and you’ll find that here. Customer service is fantastic. Staff is always super efficient and friendly and food is fresh and hot.

Long time, fast food chain doling out baked pastas, subs, pizza & other casual Italian cuisine. The Ultimate Sampler came with 4 options of Fettuccine Alfredo, Penne with Meat Sauce, Spaghetti with a single Meatball and Lasagna with meat. With unlimited Signature Garlic Breadsticks that are warm, soft and buttery. Meat sauce tends to taste the same with a slight deviation of a cheesy, meatier texture on the lasagna with ground beef, tomatoes, and Italian seasonings. The single beef and pork meatball is your only true meat on the spaghetti and meatball. Fettuccine Alfredo is Fettuccine topped with a creamy, lighter garlic and Parmesan Alfredo sauce. Overall good flavor and texture. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

We were from out of town and didn't know they were closing there lobby at 8pm on a Saturday, they were nice enough to open the doors and let me family eat there. Food was good and fresh, will be back again, thank you!Update- ended up headed back through Rochester and around 1pm got there to see a sign that read short staffed, lobby will be closed. Very disappointed by this, seeing 5 staff vehicles in the parking lot, and 2 associates outside on break. I was not going to pull my camper through the drive through, and wanted to eat inside. I guess as rediculous as it is I will have to call next time before wasting my time stopping there.
