Unfortunately, I share the sentiment of many of the other reviewers of late. Fiesta was one of our go-to spots, but our recent experience was likely the last for us. The freshness and flavors of the past, from the salsa to the burritos, were absent. Our food also took more than 20 minutes to get to our table.

The shrimp bowl was awesome ?. Great mix. My wife loved the taco salad. Along with a margarita and my amber beer it was great. The server was attentive and friendly. Wonderful experience.

VERY disappointed that this place which was our favorite for years, has gone so far downhill. First with the service and now the food. We had such a bad experience waiting 1 hr 20 mins for our food. Our server literally never came back to check on us. My chicken fajitas were burnt, dry, and flavorless. Salsa is not fresh anymore and has no heat whatsoever. They are not staffed appropriately and the servers that are there ignore the customers. Sadly, we will have to end our decades long patronage to this restaurant :(

Came to this restaurant as a first-timer and if I could put no stars for the food I would. First, the salsa they bring out with the chips tastes like tomato sauce with the slightest taste of salsa (thought this was a Mexican food joint lol). Second, I ordered a Steak Torta that says it comes with Steak and sausage and as you can see from this photo it came out with what looks to be sliced in half HOT DOGS?!?! Not only that but instead of a cheese slice they give you two cuts of either some block cheese? Tell me this makes sense. I took maybe 2 bites of the Torta (without the hotdogs) and proceeded to ask for a discount or even the meal to be taken off or exchanged for something not so unappealing to eat. The server took $5 off the tab which is still appreciated, but then for number three reasoning my girlfriends chicken fajitas looked and tasted like pre-cooked chicken breast strips out of the great value bag at Walmart. As we got to the checkout we asked for management to hopefully speak to someone a little more understanding that neither me or my girlfriend ate our food and we got told the hot dogs are sausage (which any human who has grown up eating hot dogs and Mac knows WHAT A DAMN HOT DOG IS) and that he already added a $5 discount. Moral of the story we still had to pay $60 to a restaurant that if I wanted to I could’ve gone to Walmart and made the exact same food for cheaper. Never ever going back.

This has ALWAYS been our go to restaurant for their chicken soup. The cup of soup was large and filled with lots of chicken and veggies. SO good! HOWEVER, they have changed the recipe. The broth was not the same, very little veggies and chicken. The chicken seemed to have been grilled and added, rather that cooked in the soup. The chicken was tough. Instead of the onions cooked, they presented with a small plate of avocado, raw onions, and cilantro. No longer were there tortilla strips on top of the soup. They no longer have a cup of soup and charged for a bowl. BTW: the bowl is the same size as their old cup size. For $14.95, it was not worth it. So disappointed. I would love for them to go back to their original chicken soup.

I came in with my fiancé to order drinks and an appetizer. When we ran out of chips for our queso, we asked for some more chips at the end. When we got our bill there was a five dollar charge for the chips that we asked for. When we asked the manager about this transaction, they said this is a new thing that was started because we did not order food. I asked where this was on the menu. If we were given the option to have to pay for the chips, we would have left our queso unfinished. The manager was kind, but very stern on the decision and did not budge. It felt sneaky and like an unauthorized charge. I wish that somebody would have told us before we made the decision.

I have been a regular at Fiesta for many years. It was my favorite place to eat! Until now. Visited last night and so very disappointed. Food has changed and not for the better. It didn't look the same and definitely didn't taste very good. What did you do? I'm sad to say, I likely won't return.

We stopped here on a whim and the food did not disappoint! It was very easy to modify things on the menu to ensure it would be gluten free. The outdoor space was nice, I recommend using it if you’re there in a sunny MN day!Dietary restrictions: Easy to accommodate gluten free needs!!
