The food is excellent! $7.50 - $8.50 for the lunch special which includes the following: 2 chicken wings, 2 crab ragoon, soup and fried rice. Dinner special includes the same as lunch but a much larger portion for $12.00 - $14.00. The dinner could easily be split. Unlike a lot of restaurants, they did not reduce their menu size due to covid. It is still extensive. However, due to covid it seems that most of their business now is take-out, compared to what it used to be. The only reason I gave it four stars rather than 5 is that is could use some updating. ie: worn out bathroom sinks, the water heater is actually in the bathroom behind another door and that door does not close correctly, (creepy) and the carpet is worn out. Other than that, the restaurant is cute and decorated nicely. But best of all, fantastic food!

The service was horrible! Our waiter barely spoke to us ,we had to ask 2x for our water. Only 2 other people in the place.The food was very good! No one asked or checked back with us?

There must be new owners. Food has changed. Ive gone to this restaurant for more than 15 years after tonight i will not return nor will i recommend to anyone i know. Everything was flavorless and mush. Complete trash and thats exactly where all our food went!

this place has the worst Chinese I've ever had - so bland - there's no flavor in any of their dishes. I hadn't been here in about 2 years and nothing has changed. It reminds me of those canned Chinese meals you get at the grocery store.

I have been ordering Pho from this restaurant for several years. Today I saw granulated garlic floating in the soup and it was salty! When I left, all I could taste was bottled garlic. Not good.

Ordered the beef pho to go. The meat was REALLY weird extremely low quality. Not sure if it was actually beef but I could not eat the dish.
Food was mediocre. For the price there are much better options in Rochester.

About the worst egg foo young I've ever had. I tried starting with the lightest one but the burnt flavor was overpowering. Not to mention it took an hour to get the order. Usually like this place but was not impressed this time.
