We're so grateful for this restaurant, especially for being open on Christmas Day. Despite a really packed house and numerous carry-out orders, the staff were very kind to us and provided us with excellent food. Thank you Hunan Garden for being open on Christmas-- I know it's a challenge, but we look forward to your food each year!

Their Chicken Fried Rice, Egg Drop Soup, Princess Chicken, and Sesame Chicken are personal favorites. It's a great value for the price. The dishes are consistently fresh and flavorful, and the service is reliable. While the ambiance may not be exceptional, but it remains a solid choice for enjoying Chinese cuisine.
We ordered 3 full size chicken platters ($43). There was less food than we have gotten from other chinese place's lunch specials.In addition, the food was very much lacking in flavor and extremely dry. No sauce/seasoning on any of the chicken. One of the worst chinese foods I have ever had. There are other restaurants in Rochester that are worth trying before here.

This place never fails to give me everything I ask for and more. The waitress even gave a us ice cream on a hot day. These people know how to take care of their customers we will remain regulars for life. The spicy green beans!!!!

We live in New York City but travel all over the country. We eat Chinese food here and there while we're on the road but usually we can't find better restaurants than ones in NYC. BUT this restaurant actually beat ANY of Chinese food we've eaten in NYC or anywhere in the country! Literally THE BEST we've ever had! Too bad they are not in New York because if they are, we'll be definitely their regular customers!!
