It is not possible to get hot food here, in part because the kitchen is long distance from the restaurant. For that reason, whoever designed this layout should be sued for architectural malpractice. The only way these places can stay open is because people in Rochester tolerate substandard food and service. This is a classic case of management benign neglect.

Our lunch was delicious. We each had a cheeseburger and fries with a jalapeño bacon wonton appetizer. We placed our order outside the restaurant and went in and sat down. We had the place pretty much to ourselves. Lots of TVs. Okay music. We could watch our meal being prepared on a flat top in the kitchen. Everything came out quite quickly. The wonton appetizers were nice and crisp with a maple syrup and like a Freddy's frie sauce with them. ??The cheeseburgers were cooked to order (medium) and were nice and greasy as they should be fried on a flat top. The fries were good, too. It was a Monday at 1 pm. We would go there again.

Pretty popular spot for retirees but not a super value or that special. Had my standard coffee 2x eggs over easy, sausage, rye toast, but didn't have hask browns so had country potatoes and had two order two pancakes. Potatoes were OK, pancakes were pretty good. Eggs and toast ok. Sausage patties were disc's and overdone. Total cost $18, so ok but about market price. You have to order as you enter, but the staff is very attentive and the dining area is very nice. If not for the sausage and potatoes this would be a 4. Coffee was slightly bitter also.

Located inside Hy-Vee is this casual, clean place with pleasant people. Many flat screen televisions are available for watching sports and more. The Sunday brunch and other specials are splendid.

Unexpected and so good. Stopped in today for breakfast due to the convenience. Breakfast was so good it left me craving more and mentally planning my next trip!

We decided to check out the restaraunt here at hyvee 6pm 8/31. Mylosia F greeted us very promptly. Helped us when we decided buscuits n gravy was to spicy and I chose a cheeseburger instead. Helped us find something accomodating. ERIC was the chef WOW awsome burger! Juicy, nice deep size burger nice color (med rare), bun was crispy and flavorful. Pickles were beautiful and crispy, nice tomatoe and lettuce, onion coukd be lil thinner. Very talented chef Eric. He missed his calling. Gordon Ramsey would be impressed. Please make sure he gets a HIGH FIVE from Margie and julie.
