They used to be so fast you'll freak. Now they take so many phone orders you'll freak. You walk in, you're the only person here, and you wait 10 minutes for a sandwich, while other people's stuff piles up on the counter. What happened to this place?

PSA: In Rochester, never order Jimmy Johns through DoorDash! You are charged all the fees, and yet, Jimmy John's uses their own drivers. If they don't have their own driver's on any particular day, they do NOT deliver, regardless of whether you ordered through DoorDash, UberEats, or any other food delivery service.They will call you, after you've placed the order via DoorDash, and let you know they cannot deliver. (What is Jimmy John's known for? Freaky fast delivery, right!?") BUT, when they tell you they "have to cancel your order," they actually "complete" the order via DoorDash, meaning, unless YOU file a complaint with DoorDash within 72 business hours, letting DoorDash know you didn't receive your order, (taking for granted that CANCEL actually means canceling the order) you will NOT receive a refund.This is a racket!

Psa: don’t eat in the car ?My go to order is the Italian night club no ham no tomatos & add avocado spread with aside of kickin ranch sauce ?It was my first time trying the pickle chips very salty and dilly flavor not sure I would buy them again.
First time there, and it was pretty good. Although, it would have been nice to have the option to get a warm sandwich or even some soup. Still, I have to admit the toppings are better than Subway and fresh. Our server was nice and patient with us since we had no idea what to try. But, we are still trying to find THE best place for sandwiches.
Horrible service. My family came here in a rush to get home it it took FOREVER for them to make the sandwiches. They lost the headset, were talking instead of working and every time we tried to talk he was rushing us. Usually every time I come here it's AMAZING. Food is fantastic. I'm just mad at how ridiculous this time took. Every other time I've come here it's been a 10/10. The workers were slacking a lot. I get it, you're in a rush to get out of work and have been working all day, but can't you hurry up and get it over with?

We ordered #11, a turkey ham and cheese sandwich. There was NO BREAD. Good help is real hard to find. How hard can it be to make a sandwich?

Jimmy John's is a go to for me on most days I work. It's definitely "freaky fast". The sandwiches are delicious and that kickin ranch sauce is a definite must when I order.

Pretty annoyed about the experience with JJ. Our family ordered from the 41st location to find out they’re closed on Sunday. This is fine but we call the open SW location and there is no offer to transfer our order to their store. We end up reordering, paying again, and rewaiting. The glitch in the system needs to be fixed or we should at least have been allowed to transfer an order/payment to a different location.
