New owners are as bad as the old owners. Employees are rude and don’t really care if you get what you ordered or not. Don’t seem to stock items the owners don’t like to eat. This location just needs to go out of business and maybe we can get something better in that location.

Showed up late. Very little left available as staff refused to make anything that wasn't already up and ready to go. Asked for discount since I assumed it would not be fresh (it wasn't), and since I couldn't order what I wanted. Was told 10% off was best they could do. Okay. They didn't even bother to do that when it came time to pay. Terrible business model.

My Husband got the out the app and fill our orders, got out car and into the KFC. And 30 mine later my Husband was is the home I up, the guys says (something it's coming) or whatever And 40 mins later our order was ready. The staff was horribly disorganized and at least three Togo orders pick n left and the drive thru was hoping.The guy for long wait they got us a mini chocolate cake but to long to wait in the future. (and lemon cake maybe for the future assume we'll eat the in the future)
