I’m not usually someone to write reviews but this was BADDD. We ordered fried rice, which was gross, and didn’t eat it. Got charged for excessive food waste for a couple pieces of sushi and the rice. The waitress then lectured us about how to eat… didn’t need the comments.

Lina our server was amazing! It was my first time ever in the restaurant. I have food allergies and she was on point keeping me intrigued and informed of my multiple other options. The food was great as we tried 7-8 different items and found we are sushi lovers! Really wanted to give my appreciation to Lina for being our food guide.Dietary restrictions: Again can’t say enough for how safe it was having Lina walk me through my choices, as I am allergic to poultry and shellfish.Parking: Easy access, huge parking lot.

I've been going here since they first opened. It's an excellent all you can eat sushi place. I've been there over 30 times and it's my favorite restaurant in Rochester.

Rude waitress. The usual skinny chinese speaking waitress who cleans like crazy is always rude. She always decides what we can or cannot have and has made our meals there very uncomfortable because we never tell her she is rude to us. We've been coming for years. She rudely told us we cannot peel the tempura off of the shrimp otherwise we should order the teriyaki shrimp. If we pay for the food, why do we need to be so rudely spoken to or have someone control how we eat. Next time, she's going to get yelled at. If you charge for food waste that includes tempura or other things then say it otherwise mind your own business if you don't know how to politely deal with customers!!!

Let me start by saying we didn't arrive until 8pm but our server was beyond amazing. She gave amazing suggestions and tips on how to order for those of us who had never been. She stated attentive when we were getting low, and was so polite and kind. I will return just based off the service alone. We were greeted and immediately seated, the food was quick to come out but so delicious. Bathrooms were clean, dining area was clean and pretty. Highly recommend the teriyaki salmon, beef udon noodles, and red bean ice cream.Parking: Plenty of front parking next to door, and a large parking lot behind those spots.

For an 'all you can eat' sushi establishment, the quality of the food was great.$32 for entry was a bit steep but I think the experience is worth it.Staff was super friendly as well!

I went to kumo at noon couple days ago , the host was extremely rude and unacceptable. while I was eating the host came and stood next to my table chatted with my waitress, he was like” this person eats a lot”. Apparently he didn’t expect I can understand Chinese. Anyway I was angry and decide to write the review. Very prejudice for Asian people.

The food here is decent for the price. Will definitely come back. Recommend: Dynamite roll, teriyaki salmon, curry chicken, deep fried tofu. Red bean ice cream is amazing. Green tea ice cream is good too but would prefer a stronger matcha taste.

My absolute favorite place to eat in town!! Best sushi for sure, I am always happy with what I get and the portion sizes. I never leave hungry even when I don’t do AUCE. I really enjoy the staff as well!
