We waited at the drive thru for literally 30 min. Multiple staff would walk by and not even acknowledge us. After 20 min one of the staff finally came up and asked what our order was, told him my name and he walked away. 10 min passed by and haven’t seen him since. Another staff walks by and I had to stop him myself to be able to get my order. The way that no one acknowledged us and I had to stop staff to be able to get my order!!!! Customer service skills are slacking here.

This is the last place anyone should go!! Whatever you see for a special on TV, they don't honor. The menu board was lit up, but all the prices were old ones they don't even have the common sense to change prices on their menu. I placed an order for a pizza, then the price was way over what the sign said, and the punk operating the register said " those prices are old". Then change them, or don't light the thing up!! 3 other pizza places you can see from their parking lot, all way better. Zadios, Toppers, and Casey's, all right there. Rude, Greedy, and extremely Unprofessional.

My family is staying at a hotel in town. We ordered from here through Door Dash. We only received half the order and no one at this location will pick up the phone. Luckily Door Dash refunded our money. Very disappointing.

Tonight I went to order one pizza and two orders of bread sticks it took 40 min when he said it would take 5 min then I finally got my pizza and one order of bread sticks then he said I would have to wait another ten min for my other bread stick I did ask for extra garlic butter and cheese they were dry and most of them were half the size they should have been and only gave me one sauce said he didn’t have anymore horrible customer service tonight not happy

Terrible, dropped our sausage pizza taking it out of the oven then refused to remake it because it was 8:05 PM and they were closing. Refused to refund us and offered stale cheese bread and breadsticks they were going to throw away anyway. Nothing but problems with this place and they refuse to make a bad situation right.
