This McDonald's is actually a joke. The food is always cold, soggy, greasy, dry, and underportioned. Every time I go through the fries are never filled up all the way, and I have to ask for more. The size of sandwiches has become the size of my hand and the portions are not enough to count as a meal anymore. Not to mention ordering only a few items can rack your total up to twenty dollars! The inside of the building is filthy and the workers always goof around. The management is horrible and they never resolve any complaints. And there are always issues when trying to get an order taken, such as there being evident language or hearing barriers between myself and the employees.I've come here so many times over the years and the quality has gone down drastically. It's completely understandable why people don't come here anymore. It's a better deal to go somewhere nicer because this fast food does not cut it anymore.How disappointing.

In all my years of going to McDonald's. This has been the worst experience I've ever had. Fries were halfway empty and soggy. Burgers were cold, and when I asked for bacon and cheese and no onions or pickles, they did the complete opposite. Are you guys high? Not to mention, they had an attitude the entire time.

My experience is that the service and quality of food has gone down tremendously. Things we used to get like salads and chicken strips are long gone since Covid. Now it’s only nuggets which I won’t eat, too many prices and parts. The menu advertised McRib, but when I ordered I was told they don’t have it. I’m guessing it was a limited time thing, but person taking my order was super rude about it. “We ain’t never had McRibs, we ain’t never gonna have McRibs, people’s needs to stop axing us about McRibs” was what I was told!Remove the advertisement if you don’t have it on your menu maybe? My fries were salt free, likely better for me but not edible to me. No salt packet given, so there’s that. The drink I ordered a diet, but was given a regular coke. I only drank half when I could tell. I’m diabetic and my blood sugar started to go up right away & I felt sick. I never drink High Fructose Corn Syrup and that’s basically all regular soda is. I was so sick the rest of the afternoon from the wrong soda until my blood sugar came crashing down. For diabetics that keep a tight control of there sugar, it makes us super sick.I won’t be back to this location, just not worth it.Wheelchair accessibility: Parking in front and tables for handicap

The young lady took my order was Present however, when I got my food it was horrible. I asked for extra max sauce and boy. Did I get extra? Max sauce, my food was so sloppy and nasty. I could not eat it, that was a waste. My shake was horrible. The meat tasted like paper. And it was cold, I will not come back to that McDonald's no, no good, no good.
