Stopped by after a mayo appointment looking for a healthy option! The staff member was beyond friendly and helped us figure out what we would like since we were newbies! He helped my doubtful husband realize he could pack a ton of healthy protein in his bowl for him!! They were delicious! Will for sure be repeat customers!!

I've had a lot of fruit smoothie bowls and these are by far the very best. Healthy, vegan, gluten-free, organic and they taste absolutely amazing. Treat myself once a week but would go more if I lived closer. Very highly recommend!!

Sooooooo good! Loved this place! The bowls were amazing, my whole family loved them. Even my kids (3 and 5) loved it too and thought it was “The best treat!” We are traveling through and I wish we had one by us in La Crosse, WI. I am gluten and dairy free so this was extra awesome for me. Organic is so hard to find on top of everything being gluten, dairy and soy free and all the superfoods! So impressed. Definitely will be back whenever we are in the area.

Got a pretty dreaded knee surgery yesterday and between all the meds and small portions of food I have been trying to in take, I knew that my body was definitely in need of something a bit more sustaining and also healthy. I have been a nautical bowl lover since day 1 of them opening, so this was a no brainer! Thanks nautical bowls for making my post operation journey a little bit easier?
