I’ve never written a review but I feel the need to share. I ordered pick up from here on Tuesday January 30th 2024. When I got here I could not find my order and after a long day it was not great. But once I talked to the employee working that day I do not remember her name she was a very sweet blonde girl. She called the other store to see if my order ended up there with no luck, She had my order made and made sure I got it even though it didn’t go through the system but it charged me. Over all it was a great experience and great service.

Pad Thai and Japanese noodles are pretty good. Portions are adequate. Online ordering is convenient. You can make your food spicy with pepper powder that is available at the condiments area. Overall good place to grab some noodles.

The place was clean, staff friendly and helpful, food tasty. I got zoodles pesto with grilled chicken. Wish portions were bigger and I dislike paper straws, but I'll eat there again. Yum!

First impression is the place was filthy. There was food on the floors, dried up soda on the soda machine dripping down the front, employees were preparing food and putting cheese into containers without gloves and the food was borderline cold and my kids mac in cheese was almost congealed we didn’t eat more than a few bites before we threw it out and counted it as a place we will not be eating again. The staff were friendly and quick.

No Ill will to the employees, they were working hard. But it took almost an hour of waiting AFTER our order was supposed to be ready to get our order. Team members were talking about how it is always this bad on Mondays. Shame on management for not scheduling according, or turning off online orders for a bit to catch up. Orders were being made way out of order, parts of orders would sit on the counter for 20+mins.Staff in store was so nice and very apologetic of the service and wait time.
