Half the choices of Chipotle at the same price. Great location across the street from Best Buy. Plenty of parking because it never appears to be "busy". Slot of contractors during lunch due to the close proximity to various work sights.

The hours said 4 pm and at 3:28 pm the guy said they were out of everything and but chicken. The chicken looked to be like 2 or 3 hours old. Worst experience with a pancheros. And I have been to three different states and probably close to 12 different stores. Don’t even bother taking the time to drive to this location.Parking: No one was there need I say more

I arrived here at 7:53. The doors were locked and I was told they were closed even though their posted closing time is 8pm. I definitely will not try coming here again. The owners of this place should be aware that their staff is in a hurry to leave at the cost of their business.
Not worth chipotle is far superior to them. Portions are tiny for what ur paying for $11 specially online orders.

As an alternative to chipotle this place is great. But today there was only one staff person on the counter, and he was working AirPods in his ears and we had to correct him multiple times on our order, this is rather unprofessional.

I’m a long time Pancheros fan/Eater. The food at the Rochester Panch differs from the other stores and is lesser quality. My normal steak burrito definitely tastes different and isnat as good. Most notably the queso is watery. I’ve been to the site several times and it is always far too watery and I’ve stopped purchasing chips/queso at this site. There is also no kids changing table in either of the restrooms.

I went on Sunday the young man added fresh cheese sauce from the stove into the old crusty container I bought some. It was not hot. So was in the danger zone for food poisoning. Lots of male youths just standing around ,not eating. Scarry place. I reached out to the owner. No response.
