Panera normally is pretty solid, but wow what a miss. Issues: 1) missing items. Forgot pastries so we had to go back. 2) food preparedness. Really sad egg sandwich - the egg was paper thin and looks like it was assembled by someone without arms. Messy and mashed. 3) food quality. Burnt pastries that were extremely dry. A blueberry muffin with literally 1 blueberry in it. For the total price, not a meal I’d recommend.

Ordered a Bread Bowl and veggie sandwich, picked up order. No bread bowl was in the order and was given a chicken sandwich instead of veggie. Everything was right on the receipt, nothing was right in the bag.

Little gnats in the pastry display case. I placed my order to go. It came on a plate and I asked if I could get it wrapped to go and with an attitude he pulled my sandwich off the tray and put it directly in the bag sideways. So I had to reassemble my Sandwich which was prepared incorrectly.

On 11/1/2023, I ordered takeout soup and sandwich. I got home to discover they gave me the wrong soup, and they gave me a small size, but I ordered a large size. I went back to the restaurant with the food and my receipt, but the manager refused to replace it, and refused to refund my purchase. Also, I paid over $13.00 for a chicken sandwich, which only contained 2 small pieces of chicken about the size of a coin, the rest of the sandwich contained some vegetables, and a small piece of cheese. This place is ridiculous!
