Caribou Coffee makes wonderful drinks! They have a couple of sugar free options, which is important to me, and they have lots of different things to choose from. I love their holiday collection - the vanilla oat nog latte is delicious Definitely recommend you give this a try! Plus, the stores are always decorated nice, are clean, and have a cozy place to relax or check your email.

We had 2 completely different experiences here during our stay. First, drinks were great. Nice latte and spiced tea lattes... The next time, we were served coffees while paying for lattes. This was compounded a bit by having to convince them that the drinks were not lattes.Egg sandwiches are good, not memorable. We tried many different ones. Some were dry, including the burrito and wrap. One time, the person we placed an order with said that he couldn't tell us about the sandwiches bc he didn't know anything about them?!Limited seating depending on time of arrival and whether or not someone has "set up office".

Meh vibe from staff. Not welcoming- would like to see a lunch menu. On yelp they are listed as having a wonderful looking lunch menu- but no go. Even after I showed her on my phone- asked her if this was the right address....yes....The employee looked at me like I was 'clueless' when I asked about it. I said do you want management to know? 'Nah- I'm sure they already know...' I left for another caribou location with a more extensive menu for lunchtime. Won't be back.

Friendly and efficient staff and very good coffee and goodies. Small eating in area indoors. Parking in this area is difficult during the week, but they have their own which helps.

i wish someone would teach the 'baristas' the difference between a cappuccino & latte. it was a great latte but i ordered a cappuccino. so frustrating- happens all the time- usually by the really young employees, unfortunately not the reason today.

Caribou is a local chain of coffee shops. I like coffee and I like to sit in nice places when I drink it. Caribou locations are generally good and comfortable...and they make good coffee.The staff members are all upbeat, happy and efficient and, when they sell you a stale piece of cake by mistake, they are happy to apologize profusely, and immediately replace it with something better.I like Panera, I like Starbucks...But, in my opinion, Caribou is the pick of the litter. If you're in need of a coffee in downtown Rochester, this is a great place to go.

Have not had something I didn’t like. The Reuben, fish sandwich, and walleye all stand out. Great daily specials, and the coconut cake… excellent.

Coconut cake is to die for! OMG it’s delicious! I want to eat 5 pieces a day. I could barely eat one.
Fried cheese curds were amazing!! The prime rib sandwich was fantastic as well!’

We stopped by this coffee shop a couple of times while staying at the hospital. Overall there wasn't anything special about this location, but they were doing everything correct. They have a fun trivia sign near the counter, if you get the question right you get $.10 off of your drink. Every time we stopped by our orders were always made quickly and they were correct. Our last visit was when the mask mandate started to end. I was pleasantly surprised to see employees still wearing their mask and in good spirits. If you're in the area looking to get your coffee fix on I recommend stopping into this one. As a chain it typically delivers exactly what you're used to. I recommend the cold brew as well as the breakfast sandwiches. Although no one had any complaints about their anything else they ordered

The meals we had were always great but the one thing you all must have and save room for is a piece of coconut cake, That is so delicious. Even if we are too full to eat it at the restaurant we order a slice to take with us.
