They wouldn't let me leave unless I tipped them 50%. Thankfully I got the charge disputed but I will not be eating at this restaurant again.

The service can be better. I dont like when they give the bill on the table as soon as the foods is out. The chicken broth pho is not too tasty. My cousin said the beef pho is better. I will give it a try next time. The Vietnamese coffee is good and have good taste of the coffee (not just sweetness). Ambiance of the restaurant is okay. I m not too fond of it

Use to love this place when I lived in Rochester years ago. Service was wonderful but the food is not the same Pho Chau I remember.

Stopped in on a Monday for lunch. Restaurant was busy, not too full, so was able to be seated immediately. Ordered spring rolls, and beef Pho. Both were very good and pho was served plenty hot. The a la cart ordering for the rau (the viet herbs to add) and choice of meat was interesting.Regardless, waitress was nice and prompt.

It was very delicious. Perfect for warming up in the winter.
Went there with my (now ex) friend and ordered spring rolls and I ordered Tom yum soup and I absolutely LOVED it! The spring rolls were delicious and the soup was excellent. I will be returning!

Worst Vietnamese meal I have ever had anywhere in the US. A boiled mess with no flavor. The vermicelli noodles were almost mush the need was boiled, unseasoned and mushy. The carrots, onions and cucumbers were not pickled, and if. Poked, mushy and flavorless. There was not a single condiment on the table that could rescue the bowl if slop from flavorless oblivion. When the waitress cane by to ask how the food was, she turned and ran away with no intention to listen to any answer. There must be a totally untrained cook in the kitchen-it's the kind of place Gordon Ramsey would likely try to revive but would nonetheless fail.. the photo is of the 3/4 uneaten vermicelli salad that I would not even taking home for the dog. Stay away - you're certain to be disappointed.

Atmosphere: Very cute restaurant and it was clean. The layout was simple and cozy.Food: Food just didn't really taste like authentic Vietnamese food. Some of the dishes were extremely greasy. The pho tasted OK. After considering the price point, it wasn't worth it for us.Service: The service was quick, and the food came out hot. We liked our waitress.

Delicious fried tofu appetizer and fried rice! Small but nicely appointed dining area, comfortable bench seats, and friendly, efficient, attentive staff. Will return when I'm back in Rochester!Vegetarian options: Opted for simplicity with fried rice and fried tofu and was not disappointed in that vegetarian choice!
