Ordered the hot honey pepperoni with stuffed crust for dinner and the perfectly cooked pizza was ready in 15mins. Great experience overall and the pizza was beyond good!

Tried to get a sub for a side sauce since I'm allergic to one of the ingredients but was forced to buy a new one instead. I get store like this tend to have policies from higher up. Otherwise, classic Pizza

I order a pizza at 4pm , they said it would be 35 minutes, hour and a half ... im still waIting. CalledThen driver called and didn't have everything, so i canceled order.

For the most part, I’ve never had major problems at this Pizza Hut. And my orders are typically right or they fix them right away. Yesterday, however, I ordered pizza for Work and when it got there I was busy so I didn’t notice that my pizza was completely jacked up the way they cut it specified for it to be cut in squares. Whomever was at the cutting station yesterday. Didn’t read the ticket very well cut it the regular way first and then try to go back and re-cut it into squares.

Pizza is always tasty, however this time around I went into pick up my pizza, and there was three guys standing in the back be a saying about some thing not work related I don’t think, and this other girl was like running around with their head cut off when one of those guys could have come around front and given me my pizza I was there to pick up. She deserves a raise. I was there around 430 on Thursday October 28, 2023

Customer service this visit was NOT friendly or outgoing. No "hello" and no "goodbye, thank you." She didn't even speak to be totally honest. Then the pizza was so thin (not a thin crust) and the crust was burnt. $11 for this? I would have been SO much happier with a frozen pizza from the grocery store at HALF the cost.
