They have terrible customer service. The main worker that is always there, Jossalynn, never has any of the food ready when I get there, keep in mind I come there every day at the same time for lunch and order the same thing everyday. Yesterday, while I was there I ordered my usual and she told me it would be a 10-15 minute wait. Put in a mobile order for a 6:30pm pickup at 5:15pm. Got to the takeout at 6:30 and didn't leave until 7. Not very express for Pizza Hut Express. In that time I could've went and got a take-n-bake haha
