We walked in and were told to sit wherever. I asked if they had highchairs. The server responded with "yes". I assumed she was going to get us one but she never came back. Our server came over and asked for our drink order. I told him we needed a highchair. He brought us a highchair and we ordered. My husband's burger had a bone in it. We told our server and he responded with "okay". He ended up taking $4 off our bill. He should have apologized, offered a new burger or something else, and then discounted it. Just saying "okay" is horrible customer service. We will not be returning. While we were there, we saw a family sit and not get greeted so they walked out after 10 minutes.

Our food was brought to the table. We had no condiments, silverware or napkins, and we asked one of the help, not our waiter who was not around.The ketchup was brought and slammed down on the table, and we had asked for our silverware and tartar sauce, and was treated like we were NOBODIES…My first ever bad experience at Roosters!The food was delicious.

Played pool. Sometimes too much noise from music & t.v. can't hear conversations. Turn the noise down it don't need to be that loud!

Went there for new years eve .on Saturday and Sunday they have 64oz growlers for 6 dollars all day. Brian was are waiter would recommend asking for him dose a great job..

Don't ever go there at night around 11- 12:30. Not sure if its just a weekend thing. Worst service everCame in on a Friday night on 12/23 for a drink while visiting, and the bartender didn't bother to serve us after waiting at the bar. She seemed to only help people she knew. Won't be going there again! I would give 0 stars if I could! I've had the breakfast here and would have come back, but I won't go back after this experience even in the daytime.

I used to love roosters! And I used to come here all the time and have given them so many tries but lately I've had shitty service. I used to work in the industry so I know. There's no rhyme or reason how they bartend. How can someone who stands there for 10 mins get ignored when someone who comes up right away get serve. It happened multiple times. Thats why is an issue!
