i've been in here to eat once, i cleared rubbish and bottles, cardboard from the grass in front of the restaurant while in "uniform" during business hour Recently for the first time, no one stepped out of either restaurant door to thank or acknowledge me.

Terrible place terrible service I saw them disrespect the senior asking them not to speak to other customers in the buffet line which was completely rude given that he was a nice gentleman coming in for treatment for it the hospital. Likewise I also went home it started not feeling well and realized I got food poisoning terrible place bad service I would highly avoid.

Just had a nice dinner there with my 14 year old son. The samosa chat, lamb biryani and saag paneer were all flavorful and my son kept saying 'this is amazing'. He also loved the music!

Ordered a lamb biryani through UberEats, indicated in my order that I wanted the meat to be well made. The rice was low quality, meat was raw. Called them why they didn't pay attention to the order they just said okay. I cannot drive since had a procedure and ordered this food at the hospital, they told well you can drive here now and get a new order. First time when I called talked they hung up. Will never eat and order anything from here. Pure poison awful food and worse customer service. Shame!

The worst place to eat Indian food. They give you low quality rice, frozen food and raw meat and call it a lamb biryani. They think people in Rochester are some lost white people that never left midwest. Called their number to tell them meat is raw and i have ordered a well done order, first they hung up second said okay. I ordered it literally for the meat to be well done yet it was raw. Never go there. This no long basmati rice, not even spicy and meat you can tell it's not fresh and was frozen for a good while then they did not bother to cook it well

It is wonderful quiet, excellent service, I had Tandoori shrimp, cooking in a Tandor is not fast food, well worth the wait. My wife had Lanb Korma, which I got to sample it was excellent! Very nice atmosphere quiet, calm, relaxing. Easy to visit and talk overall Excellent.Ginger tea was delicious and a nice change. It was FINE dining. Cost for Quality was also really Amazing. I forgot to take pictures!

I like this place alot.. Service was excellent. They are the ONLY indian restaurant in town who uses dark meat for chicken Korma.....which is BEST way to do Korma imo.Excellent lunch buffet too.

The service is mediocre. The staff acts like it’s such an imposition to give good service in a restaurant. That’s literally the definition of your job. The restrooms are consistently dirty with dingy lighting. Can we maybe think about a bathroom renovation that brings you into the 21st century.Picking up for take away is always a hassle and they routinely miss entire orders or parts of orders or rarely have the order at the time promised. The food is hit or miss. Sometimes the kitchen does a good job and delivers an edible product. Usually, the food is subpar compared to big city Indian restaurants that have much higher standards for their cuisine. This place just doesn’t seem to care that much. But when living in Rochester, you have few options for Indian so I guess this is the best we can hope for. Meh.
