We picked up our order today after several other mishaps with produce. Only produce we ordered today was bananas. They put them on top of our loaves of bread. So one whole set of 2 loaves is squished. Then the English muffins are very burned and easy to see with a quick glance at the package. Sams Club, its not me, its you. We are going to Costco from now on. When I have complained about things before I get a canned response, "Come in and we will refund you." Great, especially since the whole reason I qm ordering pickup is so I don't HAVE to go in the store. Huge fail Sams. Huge.

I went to Sam’s Club today about 5:15pm to get water needed assistance at the Self C/O so I go to the only person I could see available who was the receipt scanner at the door. Asked her if she could get someone over to help me she said NO!!! Asked if she could walkie someone “Nope don’t have one” I walked away. Get to the door to leave and asked for her Managers Name she said she didn’t know. I said you don’t know your Managers name “NOPE” okay what’s your name she got quiet turned around so I wouldn’t see her name badge. Finally I see her name FAYE the rudest lady. I don’t know what her problem was but I’m in Sam’s Club almost one a week and they will lose my business if they continue to hire Grouches like her. GET IT TOGETHER SAM’S CLUB.

Nicely, but sometimes they do change the spot which very hard to find your items. And be careful some items are more expensive than other stores. Or you pay more than for the old models which could be less

I just experienced the worst customer service ever! I like Sam's and will continue to shop there but I think there older employees need to have a bit more patience with people of all kinds. I realize everyone has bad days but this was way extra.

The optical department is soooooooo slowwwwwwww!!! My sons appointment took over an hour and that was opting out of the dialation drops. They gave him trial contacts. After he tried them I called to get the prescription. Was told to come in. I signed something and was told that after the dr signed off we could get the prescription. They then called me later and said they could order them. I was called when they came in. I have stopped by there 3 times already and still don't have the contacts. They are always with other customers!!! I will never go here again!

I came from San Francisco, this is the first time visit Sam's Club with my sister who lives in Minnesota, we feel hungry, then go to the food court order something to eat, the lady works at the food court Explains to us very gentle and detail, very good service! And She manages the food court clean and neatly. 5 stars for this lady!

The store is very clean, well organized, and has great selection. They have the option to use the app to check out or use self checkout. Produce is usually fresh and prices are great. No complaints!

I went to Sam’s Club about ten minutes ago. I’m a very happy person and always shop here but today was the worst experience ever. I stood in a cashiers name Nova’s line and was told she was the manager after she turned my family and a Samoli family away because she was closed but helped everyone after us. I would hate to say it was Color but to each it’s own. I sure hope Sam’s Club doesn’t keep anyone around like that.
