Our first time going here. We were excited but disappointed. The place is sworming with fruit flies so badly that one ended up in my husband's drink. Service was incredibly slow. Asked for a box and then waited almost 20 min for the waitress to come back for our card to pay. We won't be returning.

Was disappointed. After planning to eat there for a week, the menu on line is not the menu at the restaurant. So no chicken Picatta, ordered the stuffed shells, shells were thick and very rubbery, the ricotta filling bland and chalky. The steak was ordered medium and came very rare. The waitress never came back to see if needed any thing else. And never bothered to ask how anything was. As we were waiting someone was picking up dishes and slamming them so hard, being so noisy it was hard to believe. Had planned to order dessert, my favorite is Tiramisu but it took her so long to get back, and with the other food being so lousy, I was afraid it might be lousy as well.NOTHING like Victoria's.first and last time.

A neighborhood group of 12 met at Sorellinas last week for an early dinner. We found the food was good, however over - priced. We also question the 25 percent tip. We will not be returning as a group.

Bread and olive oil- good bread, oil was filled with shredded Parmesan along with Balsamic Vinegar; vinegar was not an improvement.Lasagna- Flavorless tomato soup with impenetrable shield of mozzarella cheese.Tortellini alla Panna; interesting idea, but the prosciutto was over powering the dish with the salt. Reminiscent of an evening spent with a salt lick. The salt required a copious amount of beverage, but we only saw our waitress once when she brought one tea refill and a sweetener tray complete with hair and packets soaked in Balsamic Vinegar,(it's good with everything).Try Harder People!

Our server, Sina, was great. Smiling, checked on us multiple times. Definitely an Asset. The food was delicious. The manager and help staff never smiled or talked to customers when seating them, or when bringing plates and silverware. And no smiles or thank you when bringing the drinks. Definitely not the same as our recent experience at Victoria’s.

They haven't dissapointed us yet. Always been good food, great service, they tend to you quickly & someone is always around to take care of your needs. We've eaten here many times, is our go to when feeling like Italian. Easier parking & getting to than Victoria's.
Waitress was super nice and always ready to answer our questions. Had my first martini there, really enjoyed it. Will be back again. Prices are a little high but portions were also large.
Fresh atmosphere, lively staff, and the incredible food I remember Victoria's for is here too! My friend and I had a great time and a perfect meal and our server also ran out to our car with my glasses when I left them behind, so a quick-on-the-draw server. If the name is correct on my dinner receipt, thanks Dakota, you're awesome!
Would anyone care to explain the Facility Inflation Fee?

First time having Sorellinas last night and MY GOD it was so good. Had the Ravioli, Bruschetta, and two flatbread pizzas. Honestly, I was beginning to worry Rochester only had terrible pizza to offer (circle pizzas cut into thin floppy squares?!?) But Sorellinas has alleviated that worry. Yes, it is pricey (~$60 for my meal) but the unique and delicious pizza flavours made that absolutely worth it.
