There was only 1 employee which was not the problem, I don't mind the wait, but she was the rudest person ever! She was rude to the customer before me and to me also!! Eye rolls, sighs, and told me "I really hate my job!!"

Went to subway and had been there several times before and got the same sandwich each time. Same exact 2 guys working there again. This time they had miscommunicated with me on how I wanted the sandwich. Sandwich had every veggie and sauce on it. I had called back and asked for a different one and was responded back with blame at me. No accountability and had an attitude about wanting the correct sandwich made. Didnt offer anything. I rarely write a review, if ever. But, damn, that disrespect was sad and disappointing. If you know better, do better.

The changes that are being made at subway are terrible. The latest one where they have to write down your entire sandwich, including veggies and sauce before they will start making the sandwich. Just doesn’t make any sense.

Waited for 20 minutes to even order with one customer in front of us.
I liked coming here. Had a few guys that knew why they were there and it was great. Tonight sucked. I came in stood in line, and some new guy pointed at some kids in the back at a booth and said they were first. This was in front of about three customers in line. The guys in the booth did not look like they had any intention of buying a sandwich, so I left. Called back to express the grievance and was met with nonchalance Anyway, there goes forty bucks a week for ya, because I am certain this won't be addressed.

The lady in braids won’t look at me and just closed her eyes. I’m deaf…she tried to talk with me with her mask on. How do you think I’ll understand that? I tried waving my hands and pointed to the deli meat that I wanted but she won’t look at me. Very rude. Other worker didn’t help at all…audist behavior!
