To begin,I have the Subway app, which I recommend…it offers deals, coupons, and you earn points for free food…that said, using it tonite was like any other nite, easy, fast, convenient..I got my favorite, a foot long BMT toasted, and instead of paying $9+ that it normally costs, I paid $5.99(plus tax) because of the app, and the coupons that comeIn the mail…15 min. after ordering I arrived at the Eastwood location subway and there was my sub, ready and waiting (as usual) for me to pick-up..I haven’t had to wait for a pick-up yet, kudos to the sandwich artists that are employed there! If your like me and like subway sandwiches, you can’t go wrong visiting this location!Update: 5-5-23: This Subway location no longer accepts coupons for some reason, so using the app is only good for ordering your Subs in advance, as the rewards “curve” is quite steep…and remember the “$5 footlong” promo in the past? That is LONG GONE, an average sub “favorite” like a “spicy italian” or a BMT, or subway club for instance, will now cost you AT LEAST DOUBLE ($10.49 and up) for a 12”….Sorry subway, the cost of your subs and the fact that you no longer accept coupons will cost you a star, as you have fallen from grace a bit, at least In my book…Updated: 5-5-23

Good luck proving there is a better Subway in Rochester then this one. Staff is amazing and easily makes a perfect Sammie. Willing to work with whatever you want. The new owners have definitely cleaned this place up and I cannot wait to see how great it gets. Love the Subway!!!

I didn't catch his name, but the man that made my sandwich today was top notch. I never thought I'd write a review about Subway, but the attention to detail and care he put into making my sandwich was evident. Normally things are kinda tossed on in a hurry just going through the motions. This man made art on my bread and it didn't go unnoticed. Every subway needs a person like that back there slanging sandwiches! Thank you sir.

Closed the store an hour and half early. Because they have two people and only one is trained.I’m not gonna stop again. I went from one location that was out of chicken to this one. I’m never considering this business again.Great product horrible deliverance.

I was there yesterday and it was a mess. The veggies looked terrible. I asked for Italian bread and they gave me Italian herbs and cheese, I also asked for vinegar on my sub and they put alot of oil and when I went to correct him he looked at me like I was wrong. Never coming back to this one again. Very disappointing.
