I have ate here several times. Each time I have been disappointed. The sub was edible, but that was about it. I was a little mad at myself for the tip I gave after I tried the sub.If you are I. The mood for one, maybe go somewhere else. The bread was a bit tough, the vegetables not very crunchy or flavorful. Overall thumbs down.Vegetarian options: As this is a sub shop you could make a sandwich without meat. Though there are probably better places.Parking: The store is inside Walmart, so there is a big parking lot.

Took my coupons. Made my food to perfection. Was understanding on the lack of service and courtesy at the Stewartville Location.

I thought my sandwich you be dry but it wasn't. The young man placed just enough ranch on it to make it very enjoyable.

Sloppiest sandwiches ever. They were soaked and soggy from the abundance of mayo even though I requested light mayo. The team members are rude, at all the subways in Rochester. The one on 37th is probably the best in town.I will not spend another dime at this location. Subway was my first job and I have never seen a sandwich so sloppy.I am trying to be empathetic because I know there are staff shortages. But there is no need for the attitudes when I visit the store.

Very poor customer service. Guy definitely hates working here. Acts like making a sandwich is an inconvenience. No name tag don’t know his name. His uniform shirt has holes all in the front… unprofessional.

The man that works here hates his life… I feel bad for him honestly because he’s always in a terrible mood and any time anyone comes in he acts like he’s being forced at gun point to make the food.

Food looked disgusting. Vegetables and fruit frozen onto the sides of the containers and sandwiches were burnt in the oven. Will not be back.

I’ve always loved subway. I’ve always ordered exactly the same thing. I quit eating subway a long time ago bc of 37th st subway. (Absolutely incompetent, rude, inconsiderate, and unprofessional) On my way home from many dr appointments and the pharmacy, I stopped in this location today looking for a little comfort from my life long favorite sandwich. The young man working was professional, he was courteous, he was friendly, and he made me exactly what I asked for. I’ll be back.

I attempted to order for pickup and was told they need a driver's license in person to order.... so Is proof of a law degree needed to get a bag of chips?!? We were also told that we need to come in to order, but they could bring it out to our car afterwards (their version of curbside pickup I guess). This is why Subway is going the way of Blockbuster. I'd recommend Firehouse subs, Jersey Mike's, or Jimmy John's.

Be aware of the NEW protein bowls. It meats are all processed meat. Very unhealthy. I'll never eat at Subway again.

Went when they were clearly open and couldn't get a response in the drive thru.
