There really isn't service at this Taco Bell anymore. You order from a kiosk, they call your name when your food is ready and it's put on shelves. You clear your own table....no interaction with staff so giving service 1 star is being generous. Food wait was minimal

Worst customer service in a long while. Pulled up to the drive thru after waiting 15mins. The guy over the com was hard to hear so I assumed he asked me for my order. When saying two words out loud, rudely says “I said give me a minute”. Drove off cause I knew if customer service was bad so would the food. Called the branch to let them know how horrible this guy was. A rude lady answered and instead of helping me out offered me an application to apply. Even had the gall to say he said nothing wrong as she had her headset on. Have never had an experience like this before. Will never stop at a taco bell again.

Asked for mild sauce packets and never received any. Had to wait longer in the drive thru because they couldn't get it right the first time. Annoying.

Just went through the drive thru and had the worst order ever. Our portion sizes were not correct at all, the lettuce was so little and the cheese was not enough. I used to work at Tbell so I know what the portion sizes are.• You lacked proper portion sizes in your tacos.• Each bite is supposed to have every ingredient. That didn’t happen. Finally got some SC at the end of the burrito.• Your burrito didn’t “SMILE” , poorly wrapped• Burritos were not wrapped under the proper labeling.Honestly, if you want to pass CORE I suggest you talk to the two mangers that were on the line because you’ll fail. ☠️ Handling my complain by demanding what I want refunded is not a proper customer service move. Please talk to your mangers and team about your team. :)

Good low cost fast food that still has a dollar menu. Chalupa is still our favorite but we pretty much enjoy everything we get on the menu. The $5.99 box is a great option to keep the cost down yet still get a good amount of food. The app makes it easy to order, either at the store or ahead of time.

The majority of the time staff is extremely helpful and kind. I encountered a young lady that definitely needs some coaching in customer service. When solving a problem the right questions need to be asked verses hanging up on the customer.

This was not a fast food experience. It took 45 minutes to get a basic order. Prices are outrageous. Taco bell is no longer worth it. I could have sat down in a restaurant had someone take my order, give me drinks and get a good meal in the same amount of time. But no ordered at a kiosk, paid way too much money, and wait 45 minutes in a cold "fast food" hall.

Grandma @ the drive-thru window is exceptional. She is competent and completes accurate orders. Beyond that, she is just such a good woman and her jovial energy shines through her and permeated me. Thank you Grandma, you really rock! You deserve all the bestest!!!!!

The drive through is always backed up and slow, but service inside has never left me upset. They could be faster, but given the current economic conditions and such, it's not really a huge deal to me. The crunch-wrap supreme is my go to. Plenty of parking and it's almost never full (Everyone's in the drive-through), so you'll probably get a good spot if you go inside.

Missing items when you order through the drive thu is a regular occurrence. When you order sides like cheese dip for the nacho fries or cinnamon twists they act like they are rationing and barely give you anything.
