I wish this place was here in 2016 when we were receiving treatments! It’s great and I think I would’ve healed faster with the sweet sweet (but not too sweet! It’s adjustable) flavor of their Thai tea and boba.Their selection is great, the place is cute, and everyone inside was cheerful and happy. Lots of Mayo employees cheerfully buying tea too. I take that as a good sign that they’re repeat customers and also that it’s very healthy and nutritious tea.

Inside is mostly empty, tiny and cramped. The prices went up again and the flavors don't taste as good, like they're watered down. The service is almost nonexistent. There's also very minimal parking. It's not affordable to buy a parking spot and splurge on drinks that cost up to $9 each.

I had the almond milk tea with rainbow jelly. It is phenomenal! The staff was very friendly and pleasant, and there are cute little boba themed gifts to buy. Love it!!!

Excited for a bubble tea shop so close to the hospital. Service was quick. The shop has some counter seating.There were lots of options. I tried my usual default Jasmine Milk Tea w/ tapioca (confirmed it was lactose free). The drink was light but still milky, didn't taste too watery. Had a strong jasmine flavor and a mild tea bitter aftertaste. The tapioca was soft but chewy and didn't harden up. Excited to try their other flavor next time!

By far one of my favorite bubble tea places I have ever been too. The tea is not watered down and stuffed to the brim with tapioca like other chain stores. Instead this locally owned establishment has some of the most inspired and creative drinks out there! It is truly one of my favorite places to go and I love stopping by for a warm smile and a cool drink!Wheelchair accessibility: Located on a ground floor with automatic door access on the kahler.

After all of our years of traveling to Mayo for care, we discovered a hidden gem. Bubble tea and smoothies with unique flavors and numerous toppings. I had honeydew and my daughter chose peach. We did not add toppings to these, but we look forward to doing so with other flavors next time. It was like drinking fresh fruit - so good!

I love Tea Time! They have so many options and they always have smiles on their faces! The service is fast and the environment is clean and friendly! I 100% would recommend it! They have coffee and tea options but also plenty of choices for those who don't drink!
What a fun oasis to check out with tasty treats. I parked in the city ramp near, (free for an hour and after 5pm & weekends). If you’re looking for something different, you won’t be disappointed.

Super accommodating staff. This location has an entry both from the street and from inside the Kahler Grand Hotel. The only downside for me was that they didn't have crystal Bobas, but my Thai Tea was still very tasty!
