Silverware was visibly dirty with food that had not been washed off. Food was decent. Waitress was nice, but fairly absent. I had to go find someone to get our tab when we were ready to leave. I hear generally positive experiences here, but my experience tonight was anything but positive.

I just had such a lovely dinner at Terra after a long day of medical appointments. The staff were all so friendly and genuine, I really appreciated their kindness and patients.The food was also excellent, especially the Terza meatballs, wow. They were flavorful, perfectly cooked, and house sauce was delicious with them. We also order the weekly special, hot honey pizza. It was a huge hit with us as well. The heat and sweetness of the honey were perfect, the crust was cooked well, and it had just the right amount of cheese. We also ordered the lobster bisque, and we’ll definitely be back for that soon. Yum.Parking: Parking is available out back (metered until 5:00) or at the 2nd st. Enjoyed the food and service so much, we went back two nights in a row. Sat at the bar night one and had the pleasure of Sal as our server night two. Sal’s service was sublime. He anticipated our needs throughout the meal, timed the courses perfectly, and unobtrusively prepped the table in between. The table focaccia must be made in house. Caesar and Terza salads were great as was the mushroom pizza. Great value for the price. We’re in town for one more night; looking forward to making it three in a row.

Large party celebrating a special occasion.Poor service by our waitress, no check back after food was delivered, multiple menu items not available, poor management response when we mentioned our displeasure to the manager on duty Jacob Bean. All in all a poor experience. We cancelled our reservations we had for a future date with friends.
