Great food and beer... vibe is amazing too. The service was a little slow and artificial. Just be prepared to wait for your apps, drinks and food to arrive to your table. When it gets there---it's yum!

Wait- I swear I meant great TOTS! Tap House nachos and a great cider on my most recent trip. Continue to recommend.

The food was ok, pretty average for pub fare. As another reviewer put it, "Nothing to write home about".Good tap selection, friendly staff, but not as attentive as what you'd expect for what I'm about to say next...We had a group and were therefore charged the minimum gratuity of... wait for it... 25%!! Oh and an additional service fee of 3%...Dear owner, with the abundance of choices in Rochester, you successfully repelled several people from your establishment. My suggestion:Charge what you need on your menu openly to avoid making people feel robbed when they get their check. This madness needs to end now...

Food was cold, order was not correct and took forever. I stayed at Hilton garden inn and this restaurant is the “room service”. Tap house recorded my room number incorrectly in addition to getting the order wrong. I threw away most of it cause it was inedible. McDonald’s has a better burger!

We stopped in for a dark beer in the middle of the afternoon. The place has a nice downtown vibe. The bartender, Adam, was friendly, and we enjoyed a cold beverage with some light hearted conversation. The beer menu wasn't as extensive as their west side establishment, but still good. We didn't eat, but their menu looks quite similar, so I'm sure it's delish.

A classic place in Rochester to grab a bite to eat or a drink! Great service and great food. They also have a location north of town, go check them out!

AMAZING SERVICE!! Called at 9:56pm after returning from a swim meet in the Twin Cities. Asked if we could order take out, and the response, “Of course! As long as you order in the next 3 minutes!” I could hear the eagerness to take care of us. Food was excellent, service was professional, and the setting shall lead us back again and again.

Nothing special ..The shrimp tacos were smelly ? ..The waitress was nice but couldn't serve so many tables by herself .. so we had to wait for like 15 minutes to be noticed and another 15 minutes to get a beer ..The vibes were nice but as I said nothing special ..They place is well known so they don't seem to care if you enjoy it or not .. they already have customers with or without you ..Not ganna come again ..

Walking into the taphouse West End it is extremely inviting. a cozy, feel with a side that has Valer seating, and the other side on the bar. We sat downstairs at the bar. The bartender Sarah was absolutely amazing. The drink was deliciously crafted not too spicy and made perfectly. I got a spicy blackberry margarita and to eat I got the southwest burger. The burger was delicious. It melted in my mouth and the fries were seasoned just right.
