All the cooks were outside smoking until I went to the drive thru, then asked me what I wanted to order and when I ordered he told me go to the next window but didn't tell me the total so I got there and he just stood there with the window open. The only redeeming feature is it was fast.

Opens at 6:30 am??? Doors locked at 8:45am. Went through the drive through for a pre-order because doors locked and told to return at 10:30am for breakfast. Then the manager grudgingly filled my order after telling me I had "attitude" so she didn't have to fill my pre-paid order (she did, though, eventually). Had one son work for Wendy's years ago and not their Standard of customer service. Perhaps something has changed??!

I was frustrated as well as a gentleman whose first language was not English. So he couldn't understand our order and kept repeating the same thing. Even when we pulled up, he kept pointing to meals, and we didn't want meals. Somehow, we got on the same page. But I'm not sure how this can change, but it's not worth the hassle to visit this Wendy's.

I liked Wendy's and havent been there in a while. The service was ok except for an employee (manager?) yelling "yi, yi, yi, yi........" and weird stuff through the place. The average price for a meal is about $13. My 15 year old and I spent over $30 for 2 meals. Aside that, I dont know how they can make a burger patty so small and thin and keep it together. No juice, just dry meat. I really thought Wendy's would be better.
Food was exactly what I expected. Neither person at the windows said thank you.

What they advertise on the commercials for pricing does not match what the Store chargesI got charged $6 plus tax for a biggie bag that was supposed to be 5 And got charged 2.59 for a small Frosty Which is ridiculous for how small that is? And I didn't even get all my nuggets either. Which was also ridiculous. And there app don't work, so you get no points and can use no rewards. Very unhappy with the whole thing.

Last week I went through the drive-thru and got the wrong sandwich. Didn't realize that until I got home and opened the bag. Tried calling but the phone number listed for this place does not work. No way to get a hold of anybody for either compliment or complaint.

Pulled up to the drive thru, no one in line pretty slow at that moment. Pulled up to the speaker and someone says “WHAA”, i said hello. They responded “WHAA”. They then just kept saying WHAA over and over again. I drove off and looked at the window to 5 people sitting at the second window laughing. The next 3 cars behind me pulled up and also drove off. I have had 0 good experiences at this establishment. Shut it down and start over. 0/5
