Manager with attitude needs to learn customer service. Out of fries but can sub?? Can sub but will be upcharge??? I don't want a sub or upcharge!! Just give me my fries smh. If I get a biggie bag why would I want to pay more than the advertised price.

Have been coming to Wendys North for awhile now and seen steady improvement in Food, Service and Atmosphere. Today, I feel it appropriate to compliment the restaurant on all 3 areas. Service was excellent, order was prepared quickly and ACCURATELY. They had music playing in the lobby that was appropriate in genre and loudness it made the lobby dining experience excellent. Thank you for the efforts that have been put in to make it great again for a dining out experience.

The breakfast was phenomenal as usual, but I had ordered the new breakfast Burrito, and there was absolutely no bacon on, and it's advised that it has 6 strips of bacon.

Have been there multiple times in the past week alone. The new manager there is very kind and approachable. My food has came out basically perfect every time since the new manager took over. I look forward to going again in the future.
