“I recently stopped in at the Hideaway bar after moving to the area earlier this year. As a bar goes, it’s the kind of place where everybody knows everyone else. Don’t worry if you don’t know anyone, you will soon enough. They have great live music, and the drinks are reasonably priced. Their pizza is better than dominoes, or Pizza Hut, and far better than any bar pizza I’ve ever had. Actually, it’s one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had. It’s a perfect fit for this little town.”

“I've visited Stoney's several times as I live in the area. After seeing several reviews where the people seemed to expect some kind of family-friendly experience not being happy with their service, I think there's a missing fact here, it's a BIKER BAR. Every sign or advert tells you that it's 'Stoney's - Minnesota Premier Biker Bar'. During the week this is often a great place to get drinks or pizza. From Thursday - Saturday it's a party. This is when the real 'biker' aspect comes out. It's not like there's fights breaking out, just be ready for loud music (often live), dancing, lots of drinking, and people being a little on the direct-side. The place is owned by a man known as 'Cheeto', who doesn't put up with people acting up in his place for sure. On the other side, he's been one of the most giving people I've seen. He gladly donates time, money, services, and space for the local Fire Department, honored individuals needing assistance, and organizations like the Lyons Club. In summary, if you're looking for a family-friendly environment or are easily offended, you may not like it here. If you're looking to party, dance, drink, and have a night you will remember (maybe) THIS is the place.”

“The Local Blend has a great selection of drinks and is a fun place to stop in St. Joe. Their coffee is good, and they offer fun seasonal drinks as well as kombucha. I have gotten some decent lunch items here, but many of the baked goods, like the muffins and scones are dry and a bit lacking in flavor for my taste.”

“Just used Christine's Cheesecakes for our wedding. It was a great experience. Our guests loved the variety that we had. Christine was very friendly to work with. I would recommend doing this for any large event where you need a great desert.”

“I will have to say that I have tried their Sour dough bread twice in the last few weeks and it is very good French bread, but it is not sour dough. I have made my own and buy it where ever I go, and what they are selling as sour dough, tastes like a very good, French Bread Boule. I will still buy it, but please relook into what your making.”

“We were rolling through St. Cloud wanting dinner with our 19-month old toddler in tow. The staff was absolutely wonderful! He was hangry and having a mini-meltdown. They brought him juice, played with him and were so sweet. He instantly calmed down, and we had a wonderful meal. We loved our special dinner for two. The tandoori and kebabs were amazing. Go here for kind, attentive service and great food.”

“"Everything I would want in a brewery"- Robb Chung (my husband). To be fair, this man has not been to many breweries but we were in St. Cloud visiting family & my brother in law actually recommended checking out this place! He gave us a free pint chip so we had to come redeem! My husband ended up getting the Classic Cream Ale which he really enjoyed! I got the Bluemound Road Mulberry Sour that was also really tasty. What my husband loved most though is the super casual atmosphere of people chatting & the best part was there's a Vietnamese food truck outside!! I imagine the food truck rotates but the food (Saigon Express) is great quality, you can order from your phone, and she'll bring it in for you! When it's 5 degrees outside, you really can't beat that. We ended up staying for a cute date night and played Phase 10 without feeling rushed out or that they needed our table. The bartenders were all super sweet, let us try a few samples and we had a super great time!”
