i'm not usually one to write reviews but this is seriously becoming an annoying problem. the last 4 times i've ordered through the drive thru, it's super muffled coming out and no one can even hear me ordering on their end. and don't worry i speak quite loud, im italian. and with that issue, my order has gotten mixed up the last four times for a #16 and not a #6 which was what it was supposed to be. which then i've been getting overcharged for a sandwich that i didn't order. the fact that this has happened as many times as it has leads me to know that it's not an employee issue, but it needs to be fixed because miscommunication with ordering is clearly happening and i'm going to assume this has also happened to multiple people. please get the microphone in the drive thru FIXED so i can stop receiving meat on my vegetarian sandwich:) thanks!

This has to be the worst Jimmy John's I've ever been to. As a longtime lunched at JJ, I have found one I won't go back to. Lots of employees, 15 minutes for a sandwich and it's WRONG! The worst part is I gave the staff a tip, never again!

Update: what a terrible response by the owner, I had no more than an ounce or two of meat on my whole sandwich at most. One thin slice of meat. I absolutely will NOT be trying any of your other sandwiches lolEvery time I go to this location I get less and less meat on my sandwich. Just realized that one whole half of my sandwich didn’t even have Turkey on it, not cool for a $11 sandwich. Plus the bread is super burnt

Opens at 10. Got here at 10:20. Note on the door said they they will be back soon. Then, after 3 employees showed up arpund 10:30, doors were still locked. Was told they would still be a few minutes. Feels like its run by teenagers.

Stopped by on Wednesday at 6 pm at Rogers location to order a couple of sandwiches and they told me they are out of BREAD ??? REALLY ??? What kind of sub shop runs out of bread 3 hr before closing? I think its time for better management at this location.

Everything was good, but when did they stop hollowing out your bread? Holds Everything better, and then you have a bread snake for after.Vegetarian options: Meat free sandwiches, yes yuk I mean them being meat free....

The workers seemed to not take pride in Thier sandwich making. They couldn't follow simple requests such as adding cheese (which I paid extra for) nor cutting/ quartering the sandwich.

So I drove 13 miles for this lunch.so disappointed in jimmy John's.when I got home I first thought they had given me the wrong sandwich.then I opened up the sandwich only to see the meat had already started to turn green it was last weeks meat not fresh by any means.
