I mobile ordered at 12:30 in the afternoon and my sandwich was ready very quickly. This is by far my favorite jimmy johns. Bread is always fresh. The subs taste fresh and the customer service is always great. very friendly staff at this location. I highly recommend the Rosemount Jimmy Johns. We live directly between two branches and this is my go to location.
I would like to update my review (12/2021). After ordering a few more times recently, they've been amazing. And EXTREMELY fast. Wow! Keep it up guys!I would not order delivery from this location for 2 reasons:-Our driver was smoking cigarettes in his car and our entire bag of food smelt like cigarettes.-Our food did not have the add-ons requested in our order. We order delivery to our home. The person taking the order is very professional, polite, well spoken, gets it right every time, gives an approximate time, etc. Kudos to that person! Food is always same, good quality, never had any issues.
