Do not recommend getting food to-go here. It’s thrown together poorly. It’s cold quickly. This is a place where you go and eat your food as it comes out. They chefs put more effort into diners food vs to-go. You can tell.

My wife and I went there for our anniversary. It was our first time trying Baldamar. We got seated in Nate aka "Nate-Or" section! Man what a guy! Our experience was amazing! His energetic lifestyle brought so much to our dining experience. All the staff was truly remarkable. We had the prime ribeye, filet, bread of life, lobster mac and cheese, thr mushrooms and asparagus/crab were do die for! Definitely one of the best steaks I've had in MN!

We visited on a Saturday night and reservations are a must. The food was delicious. Steaks are ordered a la carte. I ordered the Prime Filet Mignon and my date ordered the Prime Ribeye. They were so flavorful. We shared a side of yukon gold mashed potatoes and brussel sprouts. Also very delicious. I recommend the Rhuberry Cosmo to drink.We sat in the bar area at a booth, so there was a little more action in that area. Our waitress was very friendly and helpful with suggestions.

Experienced the Sunday brunch as well as the Champaign brunch both were superb. Excellent flavors in all dishes. Excellent plate presentations.Would recommend this place to everyone. Make sure and make a reservation because this place is very busy and fast becoming a popular spot.

Wow, we had the best experience. The bread is life app is incredible (jalepeno honey butter, chimichurri, and strawberry butter), the lobster mac, and miso bass were all so yummy. The bread and mac is a must-try. Can’t wait to come here again!We also sat at the bar and the bartenders were phenomenal!! Couldn’t have asked for better service.

Baldmar is top-notch. It's certainly at the upper bounds of cost, so be aware. My spouse and I enjoyed a nice lunch. The prime rib sandwich is great, and we've enjoyed the Brussel sprouts in the past.

In from out of town and staying about 5 minutes away, I found this place on Google maps. I wanted something higher end...and boy did I find it!! Server named Tamara was fantastic from beginning to end. Food, drinks and atmosphere were 100% on point. Would give 10 stars if I could!

Our server Andy was absolutely the best!!! If it wasn't for him, I doubt I'd ever go back. My sandwich was terrible!!!!! Long story short, the manager came over and refunded the cost and complimented a delicious dessert for us! It did make up for everything. Thank you ANDY!!!!
