Love Betty And Earls! Chef Peter and his crew make awesome biscuits and cookies, my favorite Biscuit to order is the Bacon Cheddar Biscuit, you can really tell that they make their biscuits from scratch and hand cut the biscuits !

I wanted to like this place but everything we ordered was terrible. The biscuits were so dry and tasted like flour, plus very heavy, not light and fluffy as a biscuit should be. The banana cream pie had dark brown bananas in it - oxidized & so unappealing - obviously no acid was used to keep them from turning brown. The custard was thick, not light, and the graham cracker crust was funky...we bought 2 of these and literally threw them out. French silk pie still had a raw crust and the whipped cream was old: hard and smelled like the case they were in. The chocolate silk was very thick and hard too. We literally threw everything out we bought...what a waste of $30! I don't understand the hype at all...very disappointing!!!!!!

This Biscuit kitchen at Lush is a great new addition to a Bar and Lounge setting. Slightly pricey but their Blueberry and lemon biscuit was good. The staff claims that Cinnamon biscuit is the best. Giving three stars only because I think it’s pricey and slight doughy biscuit too.

I had a mixed experience at Betty and Earl's yesterday (my first visit). The biscuits get five stars in my opinion. They're the real deal and I'm a harsh judge of biscuits. But, the other parts of my breakfast sandwich get one star. I had a sandwich with egg, chicken sausage and cheese. The egg looked like a pre made, thin and flat egg round (tasteless too), the sausage was similarly thin and tasteless and they had obviously used a plastic wrapped, processed cheese square which hadn't really melted. The potatoes were great and the side red pepper aioli was really good. The server was efficient but service was very slow. So, I would give B and E's a second chance based on their biscuits alone. However, I'm not gonna lie to you, a similar biscuit breakfast sandwich at Dunn Brothers is better and their biscuit makes the cut with me too.

The hours of operation are too weird for this place. They are closed (mornings) when they should be open. Seriously, who thinks about biscuits at 4:00 p.m.? They are closed on Monday and Tuesday, why bother?

This place is nasty and dry . I tried the cherry cheesecake and it taste like Walmart cheesecake repackaged. Totally not worth $7 for it.

Jason Mathison and crew have done a bang up job with the venue. The food was AMAZING and the entertainment was beyond fantastic!

I've been watching Jason make these on his show and listened to him talk about these biscuits forever. I fiiiinaaaalllyyy got to Rosedale mall and had one! So worth the wait! I almost forgot to take a picture! Jam was fabulous too. ❤️ shout out to the staff as well. So friendly and quick to fill my order! Don't make it here often, but know I'll stop at B&E's when I do!

These biscuits tho!!! I got the basic biscuit and was amazed! I didn't think they could top that but the chives, cheddar and ham was EVERYTHING! ??? Definitely stopping here all the time now ❤️

This is a cute little takeout spot inside the Rosedale mall, quite unlike anything I've seen at a mall before. I ordered the sausage & gravy biscuit, the cheddar chive & ham biscuit, the sweet tea, and a cookie. The cheddar chive and ham biscuit was buttery and delicious. The sausage one was pretty dry and I didn't finish it. The sweet tea tasted really funky, not like sweet tea in my opinion. I can't place the flavor that was in it, but it was really bad, and I'm not really a complainer. The staff were friendly and the food is packaged really nicely for takeout. The total was about $16 which I think is absolutely fair. It was overall a so-so experience and I'm not sure if I'll go back again or not.

Had no idea this amazing biscuit eatery existed! I’m hooked.

I just found out about the adorable food court at Rosedale called Potluck MN. It is so cute in there and all of the food looks amazing. It wasn't a meal time for me when I was there, so all I got was the caramel corn, but I am here to tell you it was AH. MAZE. ZING. I will definitely be going back to get more of that caramel corn, as well as try other things. So cool they offer curbside too.
