Ordered three bagel sandwiches straight off the menu. All three were made wrong. Missing ingredients on two and wrong type of Mayo on two.

If you have time to wait in line, then time to wait for bagels, then time to wait for coffee then this is the place for you.Came in and ordered 2 bagels toasted & 2 coffees. Took 15 minutes to get bagels, then another 15 minutes to get coffees.No acknowledgement from staff that we're working on order or we need to brew the coffee.Just stand and wait. Everyone knows get the drinks yo customers first then follow with the foodJust stand and wait!

The decline of all Bruegger's in the Twin Cities area is exemplified in this location as well. I'm sure some of the downfall is related bad decisions by upper management/headquarters but it's still shocking they are all just getting worse and worse. Besides how awkward it is to order at the cash register instead of actually over where the menu is, besides the gradually rising prices - now they are charging EXTRA for most of their bagels except the most basic like plain/sesame etc. I had a free bagel with cream cheese on the app, I got the same thing I always get - a rosemary olive oil bagel - and I still had to pay 20 cents because it is now considered a "fancy/specialty" bagel. It used to be just the bagels covered with cheese or something else had an upcharge, now they are up charging just about every kind of bagel. It is super weird and has cemented my resolve in just not patronizing this business anymore. The bagel was stale too, so not even worth the extra 20 cents.

The cream cheese on our bagels was almost non-existent and the bagel had a weird plastic taste to it. $10 for two bagels, these were such a disappointment! bruegger's used to be pretty decent. the cashier barely even acknowledged us and stood there biting on his tongue while taking our order, it was odd. there was one nice girl working and preparing the bagels. This was disappointing. we won't be going back.

This place is the worst. 10:30am on a Saturday and they are out of most of their bagels. Staff is not helpful or courteous. No smiles, no please, no thank you. Take your money someplace that will appreciate your business. One more thing.....I ordered a bagel online to go and they were out of the bagel I had ordered. Even though I was standing there waiting for them to make it they didn't ask me what bagel I would like they just decided to give me whatever bagel they had left.

Looks like this one may be closing too :( We went by and saw a big dumpster out front and the inside looked like it was being taken down. So sad to lose another Bruegger's.

We bought 2 bagels. A cheesy hasbrown Salmon bagel and a Rosemary olive oil with bacon scallion cream cheese. Both bagels are wonderfully chewy on the crust and soft on the inside. For some reason the dining room is still closed. That needs to change.Parking: few in front of building. You may have to walk from the Walgreens parking lot.

I decided to stop here before leaving Minnesota and while I was inside ordering the manager who was walking around with a hood on told the employee at the counter to tell the 2 elderly ladies sitting quietly at a table enjoying their food that they had to leave, that the lobby was closed today. First of all there should have been a sign on the door or stated before they ordered. That was so beyond rude and disrespectful that I'll never go back there again. Just a side note, the manager should have done the dirty work herself instead of pushing it off on her cashier!!!!!!!

Third and last time ever stepping foot in your establishment in Roseville. 1) every time we go there are very few bagels. We order for our office so having to make calls to change orders on almost every order is super frustrating. 2) your employees fail terribly at customer service. There is one lady there most mornings we go that takes ALL OF HER FRUSTRATIONS out on the customers. Hey you! It is not our fault that the line is being held up because you have no things that match and we are left standing there trying to be creative trying to pull together a sandwich that may taste good. 3) the sandwiches are so messy I had to buy a plastic pullover to eat it and remain neatly dressed at work.WE QUIT YOU BRUEGGERS! We found a new place for all of you customers that are in or near the Roseville area.St. Paul Bagelry. Look it up. They have a lot of bagels ready to start your day. They have super creamy cream cheese. They actually break a real egg on the grill and put that lovely finished creation on the meat of your choice. The bagels are much softer and chewable. Finally - you only need one napkin to wipe your hands and mouth while enjoying this super yummy bagel sandwich.

Absolutely disappointing. I don't understand the point of ordering online if you get there and still have to wait long for 1 BAGEL !!! I had ordered online to not be late for work Just easier for people on the go in the morning. I arrive, and there's no bagel under my name in the pick up orders so I asked at the register and she had replied with they are making it right now. It should be out shortly. OK... proceeds to take two other customers orders in person. 8-9 minutes go by and these two customers that were behind me, that did NOT order online were taken care of before and lastly J was given my bagel cold! that was apparently sitting on the table next to the register and not in the pick up area. It was cold. I get my bagel toasted for the warmth of it and cold bagel's are the worst. never coming back here again.
