This place is a joke....... worse customer service I have ever had! Stay away from this location.. today I walked in Bruegger's and when I asked the guy how his day was going he said "dead inside" then when I asked for two eggs on each sandwich he said "mhmm so a whole carton of eggs" very judgmental and had no customer service skills.

Fully staffed and stocked. Bagel was good. This location is combo with a caribou.They do not however use brueggers rewards program including the free bagel on your birthday.

Came into this store to purchase bagels and a tub of cream cheese at about 3pm. When I went home and ate a bagel they were hardas a rock and dry. My wife had one and thought the same as me. I would not recommend buying bagels from here.

I come for the cinnamon and sugar bagel with strawberry cream cheese and they are the only ones who have good cinnamon sugar bagels. Seriously the best.

They have a sign asking customers to wear masks but several of the employees were not wearing masks. And the service was very slow for a simple bagel and cream cheese.
It was actually a caribou coffee and brueggers location and I ordered 2 strawberry banana smoothies....cost me $10 ! They made mango strawberry flavored and when I questioned her she said they were strawberry banana. We drove off and sure enough they were wrong!! Uuggh how frustrating. I went right back through the drive thru and received the correct order. We threw away the other ones
