February 26th, 1:45PM. I’ve came into the restaurant and said “how we doing” to a teen who was obviously annoyed. He did his part in a way to where you can’t say he did anything wrong. But as for the women/teen, she looked at me with a disgusted face. She put sour cream onto my burrito without me asking, I told her I didn’t want that and she responded “I don’t care”, so I said it’s fine. “Let me just pay for this and be on my way” she then threw the receipt onto the floor and both her coworkers laughed. I was confused with this customer service and said “have a good day”. As I turn around she called me a rude name without me realizing. But the lady closest to the counter said “that wasn’t nice” and told me “I will speak to a manager for you”. I then proceeded to get my belongings and leave. I love the franchise but I definitely wouldn’t want this to effect locals.

absolutley disgusting, I went yesterday and everything was so dirty. I have worked at a different chipotle and we never where this dirty. The workers are so rude and always on there phone and never sanitized. and the man didnt even wrap my burrito he just folded it in half. This place needs someone to come check it out immedietly. This is not how they should be running the store.

If I could give zero stars I would, workers just stand around and give customers dirty looks. It looks like the management is intimidated by the workers, calling it as I see it. I haven't had chipotle in a while and the first time I go I went to one that was farther from the inner city thinking I wouldn't have to deal with that stuff but it was worse, I wish I would of seen the reviews first. Buyer beware of this sorry excuse of a restaurant. Bad bad bad!!!

During my recent visits to this Chipotle while working in the area, I've consistently had a fantastic experience. The food here is simply amazing, with fresh flavors and high-quality ingredients that make every meal a delight.The cleanliness of the restaurant is especially noteworthy. This location stands out as being more well-maintained and tidy compared to other Chipotle restaurants in the area. It's always refreshing to dine in such a clean and well-kept environment.The staff here deserves a special mention for their attentive and positive attitude. Each visit, they've been incredibly friendly and efficient, contributing greatly to the overall pleasant dining experience.There was one occasion when we chose another restaurant over this Chipotle due to an influx of customers (a busload of children had arrived, filling up the seating and creating a long line). However, this was no fault of the staff, who continued to work diligently under the circumstances.Overall, this Chipotle location offers a superior experience with its excellent food, clean surroundings, and wonderful service. It's definitely my go-to spot in the area, and I highly recommend it to others.

All chipotle locations are great, this one is awful. If they aren’t out of guacamole, they’re out of chicken. If they aren’t out of ALL the proteins, they’re out of all food completely. The other day, they closed down at 2pm and told everyone that they wouldn’t be serving until 5 because they ran out of food. The workers are ALWAYS rude and give no explanations. They never have anything at this location. Every single time i’ve gone to this Chipotle, they’re out of something. Being out of all the meats is CRAZY. Please fix this location.
I asked for double chicken and the black guy with arm tattoos only puts one scoop and when I told him that he gives me a dirty look and put 3 of the tiniest pieces of chicken. The whole interaction was extremely awkward and uncomfortable and I do not recommend this place at

Very poor management. I went in the evening after shopping around 6:30 pm and got the run around on why they are done making multiple toppings for the evening (steak, etc.) ... They close at 8. Very frustrating when you pay over $8 for a meal. You will also have to ask 4 times for extra toppings because they applied toppings like they were sprinkling salt. This location is not worth going to out of convenience. Go to the other chipotle off Snelling, they have good service.

I met a friend here last Thursday at 4pm. There was a lady waiting, and one person in there eating. We only saw 2 workers. One staff was at the back and never turned around. One staff came out from the back to grab the garbage or something. She didn't even look at us but asked the lady in front what she was waiting for and the lady said chicken. That staff member walked in the back and never came out again. We looked at the food and it looked old and disgusting anyway. The beans were all dried, no barbacoa or chicken, the guac was on it's way out. So we left, and I can say we will never go back there again.
