Service is poor. Food is not "Crave" worthy.Went in at 530 in the evening. We were quickly seated, gave a drink order right away 2 cocktails and 1 mocktail. Took 15 minutes to get them, at which point we ordered the beef tartare for an appetizer and gave our dinner selections. The appetizer arrived after 20 minutes. We finished the appetizer quickly and sat with an empty plate in front of us for another 10 minutes before a busser came by to take the plate. We finally received our food at 620. Our waiter never check on us after our food was initially brought. He disappeared toward the end of our meal. We looked for him for 10-15 minutes before going to the bar to ask for our check at 710. As we were leaving he finally appeared and said that he had "misread the situation". Which situation? The one where you have a job to do?By the time we were able to get out the mall had closed and we had to walk about 1/2 mile around the outside of the mall to our car in the rain.Food is substandard, not what I've come to expect from Crave. I had the steak medallions with mashed potatoes and carrots. All were flavorless and in desperate need of salt. Ordered steak medium rare, received well done. My partner ordered the mushroom pasta with steak. She complained that the pasta was dry as if it had been sitting under a heat lamp for long time. We would have said something to our waiter... but as previously mentioned... we didn't really have one.Left minimum tip of 15%. We have no plans to return. The Galleria location has much better quality food and a better standard of service. Drive the extra 15 minutes and avoid this location.Party: 2 Adults, 1 ChildTotal bill: $201.78.Parking: Construction eliminates most parking at this location.

We walked into crave to see 5 open tables. Asked to have one, but was told they are all reserved. Was told about 40 minutes to wait. Then being curious we looked online and booked the next reservation 10 mins out and was seated right away. Seemed like we were turned away for how we looked or who we were.My mom is 60, and I am 30, was some poor seating service, both of use have never been treated this way by a hostess.

Classy atmosphere. Food and drinks were amazing. You will spend a bit here but I felt cost was appropriate for the great service and atmosphere. Highly recommend for special occasions.

This place has good sushi. a decent happy hour but the drinks are pretty expensive at $15 a pop. We got two happy hour apps, and two signature cocktails. $64 later. Don’t get the avocado egg rolls. They were meh.

All style, no substance. Ive had grocery store sushi with more flavor than this. The fire cracker shrimp was good but the sushi lovers plate was severely lacking

It's more the image, the portion is very small, tasteless, the service is bad, the desserts are tiny, a maruchan has better seasoning.

Can't beat it. Ask questions if you don't know much about the rolls. They will always help you to understand and choose the best roll.

I got the Wagyu Burger and so did my friend. It was fairly disappointing. The burgers seemed over cooked and the flavors weren't there. Burgers at Red Robin and even Fast Food places can easily be better. The Crab and Lobster Tower that we got was decent, but not anything special.

Great food and service, but the highlight of my visit was the best margarita I've ever tasted. I ordered "just a regular margarita" with house tequila and no exotic additions. Perfect balance of flavors; not too sweet or tart; strong enough to still taste good after the ice melted. I thought it was pricey, but it was so good that I could almost consider it two drinks.
Ho hum experience. 1/2 size salad tiny. Mexican roll tasteless and difficult to eat without falling apart due to cut. Fries are always a good appetizer. Service was slow and needed to be reminded of things. Cake portions huge!

After getting our hair done we had drinks and appetizers. The firecracker shrimp was a fun surprise; crispy, a little spicy with a hint of sweetness. Then we tried the Pink Panther and Surfer rolls. Both were tasty and refreshing, we dipped it in an extra side of eel sauce. Paired with fun drinks, Lemon Drop Martini and a Strawberry Diso we had a fabulous experience!!!!Parking: Lots of free spots right in front of the entrance. Easy access.
Not the best experience. One of our party received her meal 10 min before the rest. 2 people in our party ordered the hamburger and both said it was not very good. One said he had ordered a hamburger the last time he was there and it wasn't very good then, too. He said he would not order a burger again! Restaurants NEED a good burger! Server was pleasant and efficient, but every other word out of her mouth was "perfect" or "awesome". Kind of annoying!

The food is very delicious, the details of the dish and its flavors and it has good portions, in addition to the attention, we were treated by a very decent waiter from Ecuador, I think his name is Mr. Raúl, you will have a very good experience in the restaurant. If he listens to you and speaks English and
