As someone who deals with customers all day on the phone and tries to be kind, I was surprised the customer service I got here. I asked for a kid’s cone in a cup so it wouldn’t spill and a chocolate shake with whipped cream. When they didn’t give me the cone in the cup, I asked for the cup please and the cashier seemed irked. For a small Dairy Queen, with plenty of staff, they get overwhelmed easily. We live close by, and I always regret giving this location additional chances. Certainly a place I am uncertain I will get all of my order.

We went in for the free dessert for first day of spring. The drive thru line was long, and indoor line was as well. Well worth the wait because DQ ice cream is one of the best! The staff was nice, quick, and happy!This location is a few minutes extra drive from home, but looks like we will be returning to this location instead of the one off of Lexington and Larpenteur! That location - no one seemed to want to be working, and closed at 7pm (signage read - due to low staff).
