Took about 20 minutes to get one sandwhich with no one in line, it seemed like 3 out of the 4 employees didnt know how to make the sandwich I ordered.

So it now appears walk in customers are not important. Tem minute wait to order then ten more for food, not cool. Walked out because they were to busy with online ordering.Not cool for people who drive for work

A nice quiet sandwich shop. Very spacious seating available. The sandwiches were packaged in recyclable packages, service was polite and courteous. The location was close to the area we were staying at during the day, which made it a convenient stop for lunch.

Hector was awesome! Very helpful and cheerful. Worked by himself taking care of the lunch rush. And my clumsy as who spilt my drink and he was nice enough to take care of that too even when I offered to clean it up myself. Our subs were great too!

Overall good. I asked for extra extra extra onions but did not get enough onions on my sandwich. I just love onions. Plenty spendy but quality meat at Firehouse and seemed clean.

I so love the fact we have one of these in Roseville and every time I order the food is great! Yummy Firehouse Subs! And I also love the fact we are helping out the firefighters.

I don't like to give bad reviews but this was above and beyond bad and I'm not sure who is to blame. But I went here around lunch time and there was only two employees working during what I would consider a busy time of day for a sandwich shop. As I got in line there was a lady in front of me waiting, and waiting to give her order but no one came to help two more people came in and were in line after me. After 10 mins had gone by the two people that were behind me left. After another 5 min of no help I decided I would go some place else. The lady in front had to of been standing there for 20 mins to place her order. This was my first time coming to a firehouse subs and sadly it will be my last.
