I really want to like this place, but I haven't had great experiences. The food is unremarkable and the service is really hit or miss. The turkey wild rice soup is overtaken by ham (didn't know that would be there!). The fries didn't seem like they had any salt on them - very bland. Today I tried the Hawaiian chicken sandwich, which for some reason also had ham on it? The bun was soggy with the teriyaki sauce, with a nearly non-existent bottom bun and large top bun. The chicken was tiny and very blackened. The ham was gross and there was twice as much ham as there was chicken. Lastly, it took 20 mins of sitting with our credit cards out on the table before we got our checks. It's a nice place as far as atmosphere goes - we enjoy the popcorn and the servers are nice (but they are certainly understaffed). I'm not planning to visit again.

Horrificly bad service experience.Let me prefice this by saying that I understand it can be annoying for restaurants to deal with items left behind by guests. Having said that, its part of the business and I am beyond disgusted with this place. My wife left her phone on our table the other night after we ate there. They closed before we noticed it was gone. When I called the next day to see if it was there, I mentioened I was sorry they had to look for it but asked if they found it. The gentleman said "uhhhhh naaa, I don't think we found it." I said, I'm really sorry sir, but can you please actually check. (Because he clearly didn't) He then said again, "uhhhh, yaaaa, I don't think we found it." I had no choice but to beleive him I guess... We do not live close but my wife then drove up there to be sure. Unfortunately, they had closed very early that day as it was Easter. Skeptical that this person still had not actually checked, my wife called the next day with my phone and pleaded with them to check (ya know, because its a $1500 phone) but got the same person on the phone. Again, "uhhhh, ya... I dont think we found it." She then provided this man with my phone # and asked that they contact me if they did find it. He promised that they would. We have now called every establishment we have visited in the last 2 days and drove all over the metro looking for this phone. Still skeptical, the next day my wife then drove up there again. She talks to the hostess, and oh... whataya know? Sure enough the phone had been sitting there the entire time. I'm sorry but as annoying as it might feel to have to deal with customer's lost phone's and credit cards etc., to literally refuse to look 2 days in a row and to lie to customers about whether or not its been A. Looked for B. Found and C. "We will call the # you provided if we find it." Na, that is unacceptable. Won't be back. ✌️

Honestly it was just not that good for the price. Cheese Curds were way overdone and very greasy. My burger was so dry and overdone. My wife's food was subpar. Except the side salad was very good.Then on top of that they put in a 5% fee for their employees, that is not gratuity. Three people spent 100$ for food and an app plus tip.

The food was subpar, but the management was great. The manager took care if an accident by going above and beyond.The cheese curds were my favorite part, Ellsworth Wisconsin of course.Chili queso pretzel with no chili.Chicken Sandwich was a bit bland, and no real kick to the green "chile" burger. (Basically Pico de Gallo with tortilla chips and pepperj).

Called ahead the day before to see if they would be able to accommodate a large group. They said they couldn't take reservations the day before, which was totally fine. I was told to call the next day right after opening to give them a heads up for the approximate time we would be arriving. So I called the next day as told. The staff basically told me if we came they would refuse us service because they didn't have enough staff to accommodate our group. I even told them, their staff told me our group would be fine, I just need to call the day of. I even said we didn't need to be all at the same table but could be separated into groups, but still said they would ask us to leave if we showed up. Super frustrating for me, who was trying to plan ahead. Would have rather been told the day before they could accommodate. This left me scrambling to find another place at the last minute.​ Live the Bloomington location, but would avoid the Roseville location due to staff.

This is a busy place. Wait staff very nice. Food is good. We called for Easter brunch reservation. Surprisingly still had openings. This was at the Mendota store, not Roseville. We go to Mendota store a lot. Mushroom Swiss burger is a favorite. FREE POPCORN.Parking: When it’s really busy there is a lot about a block away. Handicapped access is available using a wheelchair ramp. Also about 10 steps up to door if you don’t use wheelchair ramp

From the moment we walked in the experience was bad. The host was unfriendly, she clearly did not want to be there. We were sat at a booth next to the bar, our entire meal was spent listening to the bar tender complain about how much he wants to go home, and then the servers that would gather around and also complain about the previous nights business and how they would also like to go home. The food was not great. We won't be back to this place.
