We sat down in a cramped area filled with other people, got our water glasses with stains on them from not being washed and then on top of it, received a menu with the largest stain of salsa I've ever seen. The menu was also bent and looked like it was on a horrible journey before i got it. got my food and it was fine but my queso tasted like the gravy thats on biscuits n gravy and thats very odd. my enchiladas had 0 flavor, i think only my coke did. The server was probably the most absent person I've ever seen, she came to the table maybe twice and the other server took better care of us than our actual one. She was nice but only for the times i actually saw her and then she looked surprised when we already had the check because the other guy had to get it for us.Anyway, please just find a different place until this one gets better, if it does.

My first clue should have been the place being empty. They have a bar with tvs but dont know how to work the tvs. Food came out lukewarm at best. The queso was straight just cold and soupy. Everyone who works there rather sit on their phone than help you.

This place is located in the rosedale mall. Me and my boyfriend went on a Wednesday evening and it was pretty empty. We were a little hesitant about there being no one there but we decided to eat there anyways. I really enjoyed the chips and queso, but the chips were a little stale. We ordered the chicken tacos and the carne asada tacos and both were very good! Now see you are probably wondering why this got a one star review if we initially were enjoying our food…. well halfway through our meal, we look down and there is a mouse limping across the floor. We notified the waitress and she swept it up and took it to the back? Then she said nothing else about it. Didn’t check on us or offer reassurance that everything was alright and that they were a good clean place. After seeing this mouse right at our feet we immediately lost our appetite and questioned the cleanliness of the entire restaurant. They didn’t offer any compensation or anything at all they just acted as though it was normal and happens all the time. I was absolutely disgusted and will not be returning. I do not recommend this place and I suspect they will soon be out of business.

As a Mexican I was a bit concerned of the food on not been real Mexican food , but my respect ? bi will definitely come back for the food .The chile Verde and the mariscos soup o gosh.

I’m pretty sure this is the least favorite Mexican place I’ve ever been to. Had queso sauce enchiladas. No flavor whatsoever. The rice tasted sweet which is strange, the queso sauce literally had no taste. Salsa with the chips was sweet, also strange. My daughter got Mac and cheese, it’s gross. My son got tacos, the meat is like a paste. I need to go to a real Mexican place and get this experience outta my head.

Been here a few times and every time the food snd service is exceptional. Yes the servers don’t always stay there and show up every so often to the bar but that is something I like. They don’t hover around you. The food is delicious, drinks delicious, staff is very professional.

My server Nicholas was beyond rude. The 2 others I was dinning with received their food, 10 minutes later my food arrived. I ordered the chilies Releno it was greasy and cold. The chips were not fresh the salsa was bland. The prices were average. I will not return.

The place is very colorful and beautiful. But the best thing comes when you receive your food that just seeing it makes your mouth water. Excellent presentation with delicious authentic Mexican flavor. Very good customer service, they attended us quickly and we really enjoyed this experience.

My daughter and I visited this past Saturday. The corn with the cheese and seasoning was amazing... It was the best thing we ordered. The fajitas with the steak and chicken were good... Would've enjoyed slightly smaller pieces to make it easier to eat. My daughter ordered the enchiladas and the pieces of chicken were enormous (in strips)... Bite sized would've made eating it easier. The server was nice, and funny but pretty forgetful... After ordering, I was brought someone elses food, and when I asked for 2 boxes, he said he brought it, however... it wasn't to our table. It took longer than it should have to get the check and then even though I had my card ready immediately when he brought the check, he disappeared and it took a long time again to get that processed). The prices were decent and the decorations were absolutely beautiful... Stunning! There was nice soft lighting, and was a very relaxing atmosphere. The salsa for the chips was really good.

Meh. The food was alright. It is a mall restaurant so I didn't have super high expectations. The one star is for the service mainly. Our waiter was clearly inept. He didn't brought one person's drink until we were almost done eating. We never got chips and salsa until I asked. Then he only brought chips and no salsa. Ugh what? The table next to us ordered jalapeño margaritas and he asked them if they were sure they wanted them because they're spicy. They obviously knew and wanted them. They were offended by this doofus as well. I must say, the host was nice though! Maybe she should take over this guy's job! Haha

First time in this restaurant; tried the aguachiles and enchilada verdes, they are both very tasty. I do recommend it, we have tried lots of Mexican restaurants in the area and this is the best one.
