boyfriend and i got two separate meals on Thursday and stopped eating them halfway through because our stomachs started hurting. I had no meat so I was okay but my boyfriend has been throwing up for two days after eating their chicken. they were extremely slow to bring out our food - they seem horribly understaffed and unconcerned with hygiene. the manager should be ashamed

This is one of the most filthy restaurants I've been to in a long time. I wish I could post photos. Makes you wonder what the kitchen and fridges look like if the front of house is so disgusting. Top that off with rude staff and bad parking I'll never be back.
I’ve gone to this location for years and it is always clean, they always get our order accurate (no mushrooms!) and everyone is pleasant. Today I mis-ordered my kid’s meal. I went up front to re-order (and pay) and get a cover for the wrong meal. When I explained the situation, they made him the noodles he wanted, free of charge, to go with the sides we already had. They prioritized his order so he wasn’t sitting with no food while the rest of us ate. It was a true mistake and they were happy to help us out.

We always enjoy Noodles and Company. The food is great. Service is friendly. They are very cognizant of what to do to help those who eat gluten-free - new gloves, cleaning the grill, etc. It takes a little longer but we've never felt I'll after eating here. We usually get gf mac and cheese and gf Pad Thai with grilled chicken. I hear great things about many of the non-gf options as well.Vegetarian options: Lots of vegetarian optionsDietary restrictions: Options for gluten -free and vegetarianParking: Plenty of free parking in the mall parking lot, including handicap spaces.Kid-friendliness: My kid loves this place. Food was not good. I got the buffalo Mac and cheese with chicken and a caesar salad. The chicken was… almost fibrous? It was tough and crunched, almost like eating a thing of soft cartilage. It looked to be cooked through, but that texture was very concerning. There was almost no sauce or cheese on the mac. Pretty much no buffalo and the cheese barely coated the noodles at the bottom of the container, but nothing else.The romaine lettuce for the salad was obviously on its last leg and old. It was limp and covered in pink discoloration.Unfortunately we didn’t realize all of these issues until we got home as it was to-go and since we lived so far away and it was late, it wouldn’t have been worth it to go back.Staff were nice, they had good customer service.
